WingFi Cumming — Restaurant in Georgia

Tonight (1-25-2025) was definitely the worst experience I have had at this place. Aside from the lack of personality from the person who takes your order, this experience solidified my decision to never let them get any more of my money. Myself and my 2 daughters went there to grab some dinner. My youngest daughter gave her order and before my eldest daughter could give her order, the young lady behind the register decided to answer the phone that was ringing. As we waited patiently for her to place the call on hold, we realize that she instead is taking the phone order, in the middle of us giving her our order!! As I realize that we have been "put on hold" as we stand directly in front of the register, the man with glasses sitting at a table (I assume the owner or the GM) proceeds to get an attitude with me and say "what do you want me to do, I'm on my break". I then inform him that he is losing business and I explain what happened and he looks at me as if I am the one causing trouble. Mind you, there is NO OTHER CUSTOMER in this establishment and he doesn't see how I could be upset when his employee stopped us in the middle of our order, to answer the phone and take that order, which was apparently way more important. As a paying customer that is willing to pay the overpriced cost for mediocre chicken wings, I demand more quality customer service and better professionalism than what this establishment can...

This is a small but welcoming establishment. The staff taking orders were very nice. We ordered fried flounder, wings, tenders, fried rice lo mein, shrimp, French fries, waffle fries and tater tots. We had peach drinks as our beverage. Overall the food and the staff good. Tenders might be some of the best I've had...fish was fried well would have liked to have some hot sauce but good nonetheless. Shrimp was good as well. The wings were nice and crispy but still had a tenderness inside. The fried rice wasn't worth it lo mein was average and the fries were not seasoned (no salt at all) waffle fries were solid and tater tots were okay too. The peach beverage is super sweet but delicious. Again I like this place a couple of simple tweaks and this would be a 5 star rating. Wow, the wings were great. Not huge but not too small - just right. I love that they have so many flavors. We got two 10-piece wing combos, and you could get two flavors for each combo. So we tried lemon pepper, honey mild, spicy honey and teriyaki. We are looking forward to trying others. We got one combo with fries and the other with fried rice for $1 more. Great size servings.

The beef philly cheese steak was also very, very good. The bread was so soft. The picture only shows half of a 6-inch because I almost forgot.

We also got a chicken teriyaki bowl (yummy) and funnel cake fries. We didn't love the funnel cake fries, but you probably don't want to go here for dessert anyways.

It's small inside and is mostly for takeout, but there were a few tables if you want to eat in.
