I ordered my food through the drive thru and paid. Girl opens the window back up and tells me to pull forward with no food or explanation and in a slightly rude tone of voice. I rhought no big deal. Then 3 customers behind me are given their food and leave. All with larger bags of food than mine. And im still sitting there. They start giving the 4th person their food and still havnt brought me mine. So I get out to go ask for it. Which I SHOULD NOT have to do. And my car is running by the way. I get it and ask why it took so long for such a small amount of food. Instead of answering me, she says let me get a manager and walks away. My car is still running. Manager takes her sweet time coming to me. Takes my food puts her hands all inside the bag, then asks me what I need. I said i just wanted to know what took so long and why I had to come inside and ask for my food. If I wanted to get out of my car I would not have used the DRIVE THRU. She starts trying to argue with me, I dont know why because its a simple question. Then when I ask again (her hands still roaming in my bag of food) she says well my cheese bites take 5 minutes. Regardless I should have been given an explanation when I was asked to pull forwards. That excuse would be acceptable, if my receipt wasnt time stamped. And according to the time stamp I waited 15minutes for my food. I worked in the food business and I was a manager so I understand both sides of the industry as a customer and the boss/employee. This was UNACCEPTABLE. I wanted to keep my food and said I expect some sort of refund because what happened shouldn't have. So she says ill get you something and walks to the back. MY CAR IS STILL RUNNING AND NOW IM MAD. She again took her sweet time, does not give me a refund, does not offer to recook my food that her bare hands touched and hands me a "free meal card" On what planet would I want to come back to their store!!! The overall service and behavior of everyone I saw was unacceptable. The entire time I was inside all the drive thru employees were running their mouths about me where I could hear them also. Read moreTonight I went through the drive thru, when I pulled up to the window I realized 2 cars were instructed to pull into parking spots and 2 others were pulled straight forward. While I was paying at the window one of the cars was delivered their food and the customer had to maneuver to get out, getting very close to my car and the one in front of them. The cashier then asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out. I politely asked if the food for the customer behind me was ready. She stated no it wasn’t. I said that I would like to wait at then window then. She explained that the had a timer they needed to keep down so I would need to pull forward. I said I understood but the timer wouldn’t be accurate if they continued to pull each car forward. She then sent a manager to the window to very rudely tell me to move. I explained that I would happily move if food for the cars behind me was ready. She explained that they would get in trouble if the timer was too high. I asked for a refund and had to give back the drink I had already taken I sip from to get my full refund. In the time it took her to argue with me and issue the refund my meal was ready in the window. I found the whole situation rude. It was also incredibly inconvenient for customers. Read moreThe young lady taking orders was rude and impatient when I asked for a minute. Instead of “how can i help you?” She states, “go ahead.” Very rude and extremely dry. Then I get my food. I get home and realize the food is old, stale and the presentation is unacceptable. I call the Zaxby’s and request to speak with a manager. A young lady who sounds no older than 18 goes “you’re speaking to one.” She hesitates to give me her name and says it’s “Larissa.” I tell her my issue and that I’d like a refund. she proceeds to tell me that I cannot get a refund until Sunday when the actual manager will be there. I ask her for his name and she says she does not have to give that information. I told her that doesn’t make sense. She then states that I can call tomorrow and speak with the assistant GM. I ask for her name and she says again that she doesn’t have to give me that information. I ask her to explain to me how I am going to call and speak with someone in management if she doesn’t give me a name and she repeats that she doesn’t have to give me that information.
