Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Zaxby’s is one of my mother’s favorite places to eat so I went there to get her a house salad and chicken tenders just how she likes. My girlfriend and I decided to order there too. When we got to the intercom at the drive-thru, the woman taking our order was extremely rude. She rushed me and kept cutting me off telling me they only had sweet tea to drink when I was simply just trying to tell her the sauce I wanted for my wings. This made my girlfriend and I not want to order anything and I didn’t even want to get food for my mom at this point but I knew that’s what she wanted so I only ordered her food. When I got to the drive-thru window I asked the cashier which was a different woman for Zax sauce with the tenders for my mom. She told me I can only order sauce at the intercom. I offered her $1 for the 25 cent sauce and told her we had already been waiting in line for 30 minutes or more. She was very rude and started laughing when I offered her the money for the sauce and I never got the Zax sauce. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am a manager and I provide customer service daily. This type of behavior and attitude displayed tonight is unacceptable for anyone spending their hard earned money at any business. The two young ladies were both dark skinned black women. One was the cashier at the drive thru window and the other was the one taking orders on the drive thru intercom. We arrived at Zaxby’s at 7:40 pm and left at 8:10 pm on April 18th 2020. I hope this information helps you all improve your business because employees like this will...

Stood at counter for a while, was ignored until another person who looked like the people who work here came to the counter, she was immediately greeted and taken care of....then I was told I could order, so I did.. . Simple order of a salad w blue cheese dressing, 5 tenders w nuclear sauce and a tea with sweetner, because I think zaxbts everywhere makes you get sweetner from behind the counter... Anyway...salad came with wilted and withered up lettuce, ranch dressing.... I had to go back and stand in line to ask for sweetner, which i was tokd they were out of... then I had to turn right back around to be in line again to ask for the nuclear sauce that was supposed to come with the 5 tenders.... I have no idea how much these people are making but I can promise if IDGAF were a team, you'd find them at this location..... I shelled out $23 bucks for this very dismal experience.... EDIT: Apparently the terrible attitude of staff is a running theme for this location....as well as food issues, SO IT LIKELY BEST TO AVOID THIS LOCATION NO MATTER WHAT

I had to return here to add this edit..... I wrote this review yesterday and today I tried Chic Fil A and I gotta say, there is absolutely NO COMPARISON possible.. . The staff at chic fil a even look more healthy and less ran through from hard living... im sickened that I even stuck around in Zaxbys yesterday to waste my money.....and let those nasty acting people make my food.... so I scream here yet again..DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS A RISK...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! As the “manager” passed out my food, he was hanging all out the window. What type of manager does that? My salad barely had lettuce on it, the salad had more sides than lettuce (cucumber, cheese, tomatoes fried onions) and the meat was HUGE like it wasnt cut up. I asked for sweet and spicy tenders and they gave me plain tenders. Although I was not charged for the sweet and spicy tenders, I was very clear when I ordered so I expected that the cashier heard me. The employees were being rowdy and the cashier was clearly being playful and not listening when she took my order. I even heard the manager yell “hey hey hey” which meant for them to quiet down as they did. I asked for 1 ranch cup for the extra tenders, they charged me for 2 but gave me for 1. Since I were charged for 2, I should have gotten 2! I understand the bread inside of the container with a cold salad, but my goodness, the bread was COLD AND HARD. Its like they threw whatever they had left together and gave it to me. It was near 8pm, they close at 10pm... THEY DID NOT WANT TO PREP ANY MORE SALAD, and just gave me whatever. Zaxbys should be careful when they serve to people, because they never know who walks in those doors to order! I have worked for a zaxbys before, and I know how it goes in...
