Where to start...ok was there this Saturday September 1st. Our Server was Monique....beyond par excellent. The manager was a BEAUTIFUL lady named Chantivia.. Girl I see you!!! the music was PUMPING. They have a DJ. A deejay. OKAY! !!. Let's get to the food we ordered a sample platter. OMG!!! The catfish on it tender, flaky delicious, the FRIED OYSTERS? crunchy on the outside melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. The SCALLOPS oh my goodness, (thats all I can say) the SHRIMPS again fried perfectly the whole platter to perfection. And the Clam Chowder perfect. No I didn't eat all that food alone😃... The interior was absolutely clean and spotless the bathrooms someone has paid particularly close attention to making sure they were clean fresh-smelling and had what you need in there, nothing was missing. The servers All of them was so helpful and attentive. The drinks oh!! the Drinks. I had I believe it's called The Krab Hut punch. They have a large selection of them.. Yes baby yes!! Jonesboro. The Krab Hut has ARRIVED AND WE can all be very proud of having an establishment the size of it in our community. And it is huge inside they can accommodate parties, they can accommodate a conference, they can accommodate and after the game celebration. Birthday parties, Bridal shower's. ..okay? The staff is just wonderful they make you feel like they were waiting for you . On the negative side????. I got nothing.!!! Keep up the good work. I am so proud of having a seafood restaurant with enough space to sit down for the large crowds, family gatherings, large groups, after church on Sunday meetings, getting with the girls and hanging out on Saturday night meetings, with a mature crowd with a DJ???? hello!! With staff that are knowledgeable about what they are serving. And absolutely fresh delicious tasting Seafood food. Sk about the drink specials. ( thanks Monique) I told you the servers know.. In an upbeat atmosphere designed specifically for you to have an experience of dining in, a relaxed atmosphere , that will have you dancing in your seat and tapping your feet. Yes they have ample parking. And yes its free. And you can call and order ahead to pick it up.BUT WHY WOULD YOU? Go in, sit down, meet up with your friends. Make some NEW FRIENDS... I will definitely see Monique and Chantivia again on date night. This is an experience that you must, you absolutely must and ,deserve to have for yourself, family and friends. And yes, yes it IS very kid friendly...... Listen go visit the Krab Hut, ask for Monique or Chantivia. And tell them...

my family and I went to this location on 8/6/25 at about 9:30 pm and it was the worst!!! our waitress Chat was the ONLY good thing everything else was horrible including the food. The sauce in the boil was inconsistent with what I usually get there it was water. We were seated near a large sweet 16 birthday party and it was rowdy! The adults were taking shots and acting like they were in the club several teen girls were twerking there were kids running up and down the aisle hitting us with balloons! every time the birthday girl opened up a gift they were cheering loudly as if they were the only ones in the restaurant and The parents did not try to control this and management did not either when we asked to speak to the manager name Anthony he did not even come out to address our issues thank God there was a police officer on duty outside because this crowd eventually got upset because we spoke on it. we also went there a couple months ago when there was a DJ and the DJ played unedited Music with curse words and my seven year old granddaughter was with me. It was unbelievable and once again it’s like being in the club when all you wanna do is have a meal. The waiter was sitting there vaping not our waiter, but a random waiter. Another waitress was cursing. There was a young lady going table to sit table, panhandling, trying to sell candy and she clearly knew the waiter that was vaping as she sat down with him. No one should be interrupted while they’re eating their dinner.….. The manager Anthony did not come out last night and when we called today, he said he wasn’t there last night but didn’t offer any rectification to the situation didn’t offer any apology absolutely nothing not even I’m sorry. will attempt to contact corperate smh we...

I made an for the Tara Blvd. location order on 8/25 for 8/26 (5p.m. pickup). I called on 8/26 around 3:00p.m. because the person I was buying the meal for requested a few more items, and I wanted to see if I could add to the same order. The person on the phone rushed to tell me that orders are only made in advance same day, prepared right after online orders are placed. This was done before I could fully explain my situation and request.

I then told her that I made the online order the day before and told her the time for pickup. She said that the store didn’t offer that. I tried to explain again that I made an online order and it gave me the option of ordering ahead by a day, but I was hung up on. I called back again and got the same person. I explained again and she maintained that there was no online order for me. I had a confirmation, which she did not ask for, even after I said I got the email.

At this point, I asked if I could cancel without any penalty. She said yes. I went back online and cancelled the whole order. I was called near 5p.m. and told my order was ready. Since I had moved on to purchasing from another location and had already deleted the online order items through the ticket, I declined the order.

I had a positive experience at the Jonesboro Road location. The host was patient with my large order and pickup went smoothly. She was also very nice. The food was good at that location.
