I went there on a Friday night with my brother and sister. To begin with, when we walked in they had a DJ playing music, but it was uncomfortably loud. The music choice was great, but I couldn't even hear myself think. When we asked the host if we could sit somewhere farther from the music, she went to ask the manager and came back and gave us some excuse as to why we couldn't. Then our waitress, she came to us about 5 minutes after we sat down, and after that, we only saw her three times, when she brought us our drinks, and our food. At the end of the night, we hadn't seen her for so long after she gave us the bill, my brother had to go to the host to ask to pay because we were ready to go. And in the midst of us eating, a fight broke out between a man and a woman, and several employees and other customers and to break it up. I had my phone ready, but after they broke it up, the man left, and everyone went back as if nothing had happened. However, the food I must say was very delicious, except for the appetizers. We ordered Mozzarella sticks, and they were subpar at best. But for the main course, my siblings had the crab boil, and I had their fried platter of catfish, and popcorn shrimp with fries. From what I got from my siblings, they said the boil was really good, however, my brother stated that from other places he's been to, they would give him two crab clusters, to their one. But they both said the flavor was good. My fried platter was delicious, the fish and shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the spices were great, they both had a Cajun flavoring, that took it to the next level.    Read moreThe food is great! but the service I received on on Saturday February 3rd was awful and disrespectful! I received my food before I got my Hennessy margarita. I drunk mines but my friend was to full after eating to even drink hers. The waitress I don't know her name, she is a young Caucasian girl told her that the supervisor wasn't going to take it off but he did. The other person I was with didn't know that the hush puppies was extra because the server told her it came with the meal. The supervisor came back to the table and asked her did she read the menu. I was irritated at this point so I tried to get up from the table, as I was getting up he literally stopped talking to my friend and ask me was I having a temper tantrum? I went off on him! He told me he was going to escort me out and I told him to do it! He said not until you pay so I handed him my card and I still left the server a tip. A lot more happen after that to much to type. I worked there for literally 2 weeks. He even had the nerve to tell me because I use to work there I should know better, when he is the one who disrespected me first. He told us not to come back and trust me I want! but I will be calling the Better Business Bureau. My friends fish came out undercooked, his mom ordered tilapia (only to get whiting). They also forgot to bring out 2 drinks that was ordered and then took 25 minutes before the waiter even walked to acknowledge the table to take our order. They then took another 45 minutes to bring out the food( the restaraunt wasnât even busy).When we requested to speak to a manager, they sent out the lead cook(who was extremely rude and disrespectful). He came to the table and said she took a bite out the steak so he was only going to take off 10 percent of the tab($1.40) and then he started raising his voice when we objected to his ridiculous offer and said he is not budging. I then requested to speak to his manager ( who barely spoke any English) who was also no help at all.She said they werenât willing to take off more than a $1.40 off the uneaten bloody steak. I then requested to speak to the owner.
