Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Geraldine

Very unprofessional business behavior in a small town. First I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner manager said give them 10 to 15 minutes they were cooking so drove down to jacks in Fyffe same thing out of chicken breast so I guess they are completely out and just lying to customers bad business so we came back to the jacks we stopped at originally and now he said there would be a 25 minute wait because someone just came through and bought all the breast come on guys. So I ended up ordering a chicken sandwich and hamburger with a diet drink and regular drink I drove up to window and they couldn’t tell me which one was which so I asked if they could just give me new one and push the button big mistake they took the lid off one of my drinks dumped it into a cup and tested it while I’m watching and tried handling it back . The right thing to do is to dump both drinks out and make new drinks very poorly run fast food Jacks in Geraldine and Fyffe I wouldn’t have minded myself but my dad can’t have the sugar which I should not have had to explain. I’ll never go back to either place and not ever recommend anyone else to go. Management needs to be redone and all employees need to be retrained on how to treat customers in customer service it’s important in small town bad name can cause a place to go out...

My husband and I are new to the area and have tried this Jack’s a few times now. The staff are always pleasant and kind. But my order is ALWAYS wrong. Today my husband stoped in to get a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken. Instead of putting the extra grilled chicken on the “ grilled chicken salad” they gave him a piece of fried chicken on the side?? Why? I dont understand how they can mess up something so simple. My husband asked if they were still serving breakfast he was told yes by the cashier so he says great and places an order for a breakfast sandwich. After ordering another employee came from the back to tell him they were not still serving breakfast. I’m starting to think the staff needs to be re-trained. Help them learn the job and listening to customers. Like I said at the beginning my orders have been messed up every time and I’m tired of driving home to see it messed up just to go back to the restaurant to have it fixed.or throwing it out. One girl there is very rude we went through drive through and we couldn’t hear her and then got up to the window and they had our order completely wrong and we said no that isn’t right and she came over there telling us we need to speak up very rudely then shut the window on us speaking at us with window closed and then came back and told my boyfriend he needed to tell me to shut up after I said we couldn’t hear her and that he talked clear for her to hear and there is a young man who throws salt at me and in my car I keep my car clean and do not appreciate him throwing it in my car and then I can’t find it ever again and then the girl manager was very rude when we told her that our order was wrong when all she had to do was change it to what I asked for and give me the food but I guess they didn’t want to work a little harder to make the customers happy so they will not be getting my...
