The worst dining experience ever. There were about 20 of us for a bday party. Reservation at 6. Didn’t get out of the till 9:30. This is after having to ask if we were going to be able to order over an hour in. Sending back cold food. Arguing with staff. Usually I never complain but this was extreme. If you have a big table they automatically charge you gratuity no matter how bad they treat you. If you dispute it they offer to get the police right there. Had a couple drinks and they accused me of being drunk. Not even close just upset that the party was ruined and the staff wanted to argue with me about it. Their excuse for everything apparently they warned me was there would be longer wait times for such a large table. I was never told that by anyone. They weren’t even busy. A lot of empty tables all night. Then they wanted to brag about selling $3000 worth of food in an hour. Not ours. We watched a number of tables come in eat and leave. When I asked about that I was told they all ordered appetizers. Most of us ordered appetizers or steak nachos. Very sad but true. This used to be one of my favorite places to go. I’ll never take my family and friends to be treated...

Ok first off I will say that service was fast for how busy they were and food was good...not fancy or out of this world but very good. I LOVED the decor. They have these combine wheat heads that rotate on the ceiling that are amazing. This is where we were told served the best steak and where people would go for their anniversary dinners. We sat in the bar area but had the option for the “dining room”. The bar space made up probably 80% of the whole joint. Had fun decor, Keno, loud music. Waitresses were busy so not much convo. My husband got the steak nachos and so got the filet. Nachos were amazing and HUGE for only $15. My filet was $30 and although good I have had better for same price in fancier settings. I’ll get the nachos when we go back. Crowd was a bit rough. Had a lady yelling at another lady in the parking lot while holding a baby as we walked in which wasn’t great for the appetite (no fault of the venue) but all in all a good experience.

Drinks were made stiff which is always a plus and I recommend their creamy horseradish...

We were recommended to stop by here while we were in town. We ordered steak nachos and the Philly with jalapeños and queso with mac n cheese as side. Philly was missing the queso. Other than that, it was ok. We had to send back the mac n cheese as it was room temperature. The steak nachos were not warm at all besides the steak on top, which was hot and delicious. We had to approach the bartender to get boxes and check as we hadn't seen our server since food was dropped off. The check was incorrect, showing we had a beer, which the server did catch but had to question whether we had a beer or not. New check brought out and had more charges on it that should not have been on it. Again, I had to go up to the bartender to ask for corrections because, again, the server was nowhere to be found. I am only leaving this review as the bartender stated she's just a bartender and didn't want to help address this issue with a manager. So I am posting to help improve training and follow-up procedures whether the employees have been there 2...
