This was a horrible experience. They were robots not caring or communicating effectively. The bathrooms were disgusting and went out of my ti go to this one and not the one near my house. Told the staff when arriving that the woman’s bathroom was occupied but needed to wash grease off hands and use it. They did not care but when the woman’s bathroom was available I used it and there was no toilet paper or towels nothing!!! I lifted up and went to staff and told them and they did jot get any toiletries paper instead kept helping other customers. I spoke to more than one female staff Then I just decided to refund my money since they told me they was too busy to do anything about it This is sad what our country has turned into People whom are jot from here do not care or speak the language and have no respect for anyone outside their own race. If it was there child ther family or someone who spoke their language they would have moved and gotten it done (from experience) seem this at a lot of establishments Very disappointed and will not be going to that location anymore
I have worked a lot of customer service jobs and what a way to start a day. Why is all of their staff also Spanish. They need to hire a variety of people and ethnic backgrounds I even told the lady my son was waiting in the car for his donut… I got the refund and went to the one in germantown rd and they are better service and cheaper!! Read moreToday, my boyfriend and I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to order a hot oat latte and hash browns. Since we didn’t have much time, we went through the drive-thru. When ordering, we clearly said multiply by time because we just wanna make sure we wanted a hot oat latte and to add one pump of brown sugar.
The customer service could use improvement, especially with good listening and clear communication.
I don’t want to judge, but compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts locations where the latte is hot and tastes great, this one was disappointing. To tell the truth, we were not happy with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. After eating the hash browns, I felt nauseous and unwell. The overall experience left me with a bad feeling.
When we ordered, we asked for a hot oat latte with one pump of brown sugar, but we were given regular milk instead. My boyfriend explained that I’m fasting and can’t have regular milk. The drink was replaced, but it still came cold, and the cup didn’t have the usual sticker showing the drink details.
The hash browns were also cold, overcooked, and almost burnt—very different from how they usually are at other locations. The customer service here needs improvement, especially in listening carefully and ensuring orders are...
Read moreI am the scarf lady that has been a repeat customer for 4 years. I have been a diligent customer for the last 3 months in which I have ordered a medium cold brew and an egg and cheese wrap. Today I was lied to after I asked if what I was given is Iced Coffee or a Cold Brew. I can taste the difference! She immediately said it was cold brew. I let it go, but now you have this review. I have worked retail at a coffee shop and at minimum I get the same thing 3-4 days a week. The cold brew was my pick me up before work. My thing to look forward to and today you ruined the experience.
Please educate yourself. Iced Coffee is more acidic and bitter. Cold brew is smoother, sweeter and less acidic. Any coffee shop person should be trained in what each drink tastes like and why the process by which it is made ends up in a different flavor profile.
At minimum, from a service point have the decency to not lie to my face. If you are out of cold brew, just say it. That extra few dollars you made now may cost you more in the long run.
