I was passing through town, had never been through there, and saw a sign that said bakery. I came in looking for a cupcake, nope Looked for a brownie, nope Looked for a cake pop, nope I was willing to buy anything and not seem rude and walk out empty-handed. The gentleman seemed grumpy I was wanting that type of stuff. I noticed the place is severely outdated. *I had given them a 4 star review, but after the owner left a nasty reply, I changed it to a 1 star. When I recently moved to Gibsonville from Greensboro, I was told by several friends that this place has the best empanadas around (I have friends who drive all the way from summerfield for them!). After trying them myself I agree — the Empanadas are delicious, cheap, and made to order. I especially enjoyed the Caprese, the Ham and Cheese, and the Guava Cheese.
