This coffee shop is truly one of a kind, the baristas are so sweet and the owner is truly down to earth! The coffee is amazing although I do prefer a lighter roast and after some conversation with the owner she plans to carry a lighter roast due customer demand! She told me her story and knowing that she wants to cater towards the Gluten free and diabetic community makes her truly one of a kind! A few weeks ago, I came across this coffee shop while at a hair appointment. I was so excited to try a locally owned shop but quickly disappointment when the owner/manager did not bother to acknowledge me the entire time I was in the shop (even as I was leaving!). My husband and I went to The Hive for the first time today. It’s a great spot to have coffee and just chill. If you like Gilmore Girls it has that small town coffee shop vibe.
