I try to be positive and support local businesses, but this location needs serious help!
I have been coming here since they opened. Here are the issues;
Food is cold 🥶!! Tonight I ordered two burritos 🌯 and BOTH of them were cold!
Nickel and Dime you for everything. I Ordered onions and cilantro on one burrito, I was CHARGED for both ingredients, but here’s the kicker, THEY DIDN’T PUT THEM IN MY BURRITO!!!!
Inconsistency!!! They advertise 24 hour drive through. There are evening at 8:45, 9, 10pm when I tried to order food and they are closed!
Other times they didn’t get my drive thru order right and/or they didn’t put my food in the bag!!
Bait and switch pricing. When you order from the drive through they post one price, then you go pay for the food and the price is significantly more. I brought this up to the employee and she said, I’m not the owner. If you don’t like it I will cancel your order. With so many other Mexican restaurants near by this is NOT how you treat customers.
This location is a franchisee of Filberto’s. The owner is cheap according to the employees. This is what the employees said! Employees have no respect for their employer, that says a lot.
Overall, drive the extra 4 miles to a corporate owned Filberto’s. I just have experienced way too many problems with quality of food at this location.
I have CALLED the number posted and literally left 6 messages.
They really don’t care about customers, they may “respond” to a review only to save face. This location consistently service Horrible customer service.
I WILL NEVER give them a $0.01 💰

Read moreI really empathize that there was only 1 worker when I went in there. This was quite awhile ago when I was at this restaurant, but I wanted to speak out and share my experience. She seemed stressed and overloaded. However, that's no excuse to treat a customer rudely. Little communication was given on my takeout order, and I ended up waiting a very long time for a very basic, simple order. A simple courtesy of telling me that it's being prepared and thanking me for my patience would have gone a long way. I would have gladly waited had the communication been given clearly and with respect. I went just outside of the restaurant for a little bit and walked around nearby, only a very brief while later to find the restaurant LOCKED and shut off from customers. I was appalled that I'd be locked out and unable to receive an order I paid for. This is blatantly rude and unacceptable! NO customer or anyone else should ever be treated this way! It is totally wrong! I eventually was let in, but it was ridiculous that I had to work that hard and go through all that hassle just to get a simple meal that I had already paid for and ordered online. I really tried to be understanding, as this place was understaffed. Yet no understanding was given to me that I was in a situation where I really needed to get my food. I really don't like to leave bad reviews, and this was awhile ago when this occurred, but I feel it's important to speak out! Read moreI loved this location until today.. ordered 2 orders of carne asada fries with CARNE ASADA, cheese and sour cream. Took 40 minutes to get my order and she tried to charge me $28 instead of $24.50. Finally Got and there was no CARNE ASADA on CARNE ASADA FRIES!!!!!
I went back because they charged me $1 more per order of carne asada fries. I had to go through the drive through AGAIN because their lobby was closed. I waited for another 25 minutes and asked for a manager when I got to the window. Was told there wasn’t a manager there right now and I explained that I ordered carne asada fries with meat cheese and sour cream only. She said they would fix it and had me pull in a parking spot. They came out with the redone order and it was wrong AGAIN! I parked by the front door and asked the other lady sitting in her car if I could use her phone to call the store. She said they won’t answer because they are busy and to walk to the drive through window. So off I went. I explained that the order is wrong again and I’m allergic to avocado, I can’t eat anything it touches. I asked for a refund and the order because I was fed up and hungry. One of the cooks tells me “it’s one or the other not both, if your order is wrong, it’s not our problem when we are busy.” WHAT!? Yeahhh great customer service cook.. so I let them attempt my order for the 3rd time and needless to say an 1 and 20 minutes after I ordered, they finally got it right.
