McDonald’s needs to start doing a deeper evaluation for the manager position, instead of smiling supportive faces the manager was honestly rude and snarky after getting my order wrong.
I had ordered 2x plain HAMBURGERS and received two cheese burgers with everything on it 1x cheese burger with no pickles mayo and lettuce but received a Hamburger with everything including ( pickles)
As someone who comes from a family business of over 20 years experience handling vigorous tasks in management from difficult customers, to theft to paying employees I understand one thing ( the way that the customer feels/leaves any establishment should be happy and a positive environment )
Upon my second arrival to McDonald’s, the manager approached the second window to “ assist me “ But tbh it was like dealing with an uneducated middle schooler, who couldn’t drop her attitude enough to full fill her jobs needs. With a horrible face expression/ rude tone of voice, ( I even offered to pay for the mistake they had caused because I understand accidents happen )
Once my food order was supplied, and corrected in a rude manner, the young nice women at the window asked “ is that it “ To which I replied “ oh my wife said that you also didn’t give us three straws for the three drinks can I please have some “
That is when the manager peeped her ugly expression face around the counter and gave me a look I wish nobody else in this world had to see. This McDonald’s needs new management and needs to raise their level of education/training for the manager...

Since my last post there have been some negative updates. Twice I used the park and go. They forgot about me and when I went in after 25 minutes they said "oh.. there it is". I'll never use that feature against.
Both the food quality AND quantity have significantly degraded. And now the food looks like it was literally thrown in the container. Now it is REQUIRED to ask for condiments and napkins. Except they don't tell you until AFTER you have driven away.
The only redeeming virtue is the sausage McMuffin with egg. It looked and tasted appealing. Oh.. the fries are still good if you don't mind getting half of what you paid for. Is it really that hard to fill a fry container? I'm looking for another French fry provider. Again, too many quality choices to have to be this frustrated over simple, common sense actions. And they wonder why their sales and stock price are dropping through the floor.
Lastly, the employees seem to have time to socialize with themselves but have forgot WE pay their salary. There are too many choices to have to put up with so many challenges. Unless I HAVE no other choice, I won't be dining at the Power and Queen Creek McDonald's again. I suggest you avoid it too, or be prepared for unpleasant surprises. Read moreHonestly, this has got to be the single worst McDonalds location I have ever encountered. One or two mishaps is one thing, but this place is VERY close to where we are and we were using it often - we do love Egg McMuffins and the McCafe drink combos. The LAST time we visited, two or three days ago, we went inside and ordered two McCafe drinks and a french fry. EIGHTEEN MINUTES later we had not yet received our order, there were NO employees working on either the fries OR the McCafe machine and we got a manager involved, who then went back to liven up the activity. It still took several more minutes to get out SMALL order. Several other people had to leave due to time constraints! The worst part is that after we were gone - down the road several miles - my wife tasted her latte. Guess what! It was NOT a latte! It was some sweet concoction that she ended up throwing out. There was no apology from anyone for the delay and we paid for an order we could not even use...and the french fries had had a TON of salt put on them that she had to scrape off in order to even eat them. This is NOT the only episode, just the latest in a long series of ridiculous delays, incorrect orders and being told, after a delay, that they were 'out' of something!
