We celebrated my wife's birthday with lunch at Temari's, and it was extremely memorable. The ambiance is traditional from the grey & red Kimono hanging from the ceiling to the storied tea cups on the wall inside a clear case. Temari's is not a large space, but let's call it a personable dining experience. 😉 To your left, you will encounter the bar for saki, Sapporo & much more. Next, a sushi bar with 6/7 seats, then 5/6 open 4 tops. Hopefully, you will have Kei the friendly, efficient & thoughtful server. Kei does amazing work, describing the different plates, ingredients, and sauce as she sets them down. Now, for the reason you are all reading this review, the food! Oh, damm!! 👏🏽 So we started with the primo roll. This roll is fricken full of tastful orgasmic delights. 🤣 If you are on the fence, get this. You will glide thru life after eating it. We moved onto the smoked salmon pepper roll, ahi tuna, and ended with the vegetable & shrimp tempura, side car'd with a sweet and fantastic tasting tempura sauce. The food has some of the best in the valley, who would have thought being so far from the sea. However, Temari has solved that problem with fresh daily deliveries. And for the finale, Kei brought out a cinnamon pastry, decorated with 1 candle & 3 edible flowers. It was delicious. Again, this place is 100% legit with top-notch service!

We stopped here on a Friday night for some ramen, and the place was PACKED - great sign for a little Japanese spot near a strip mall. The restaurant is small and intimate, so be prepared to wait if you have a group (or if it’s a weekend night). There were only two ladies taking orders, bringing out food, and clearing tables, and they were moving FAST. I was very impressed with their efficiency. We were able to sit at the sushi bar, which was fine for two of us. We ordered two bowls of ramen, the gyoza, and an AZ Roll. Everything was amazing. The gyoza literally melted in your mouth, it was obviously homemade with skill and love. The ramen broths were delicious. I would have liked a few more ingredients (bean sprouts, soft boiled egg, more veggies, etc.) but that’s just personal preference. The sushi menu is huge! We only ordered one roll, but I could easily have ordered 10 just to try some of their awesome options! We are already planning our next trip back! Thanks for any awesome meal, Temari!

Was i sceptical.. Yes! Was i proven wrong.. ABSOLUTELY!! Now I will admit, we arrived 15 min before opening and there was already a line outside waiting for the doors to open. Now I know why! Edamame perfectly salted and tender. Miso, very tasty. Sushi was so fresh and being here from Maui, freshest ive tasted in a long time. Better than much "higher end" places around the valley. We also got the Shrimo roll and Plantaine roll. Both absolutely delicious. Again, we walked in with a line of people at opening and that line filled every seat in the place. After we were all seated there was the same amount of people patiently waiting to take each seat. Staff were extremely polite and efficient. HUGHKY recommend!!! Must try....

When I go to a new place, I order all of my usuals to see if the food is any good. I spent a little more money than I wanted to because I wanted to see if I would ever come back or not. With all the money my wife and I spent - We were not disappointed. The place was clean and there was tons of people. They keep the place packed and you can tell everyone there is happy.

My wife's miso soup came out first - definitely the best anywhere. Kabuki Tempi I would say second.

Then the Tuna Poke with 7 Heat rating came out - What a monster Salad. By the other reviewers images I expected a 1/4 of the size we received. This was awesome awesome! I think next time I will go with a 4 Heat rating even thought I could have handled the 10. I just like to focus more on the flavor of the tuna over the heat.

My wife's Chicken Teriyaki came out - all white meat with a great sauce. The salad and salad dressing were top quality as well.

My Spicy Tuna came out - Kabuki Tempi has always been the best and I think still is, but nothing has been a close second. This place was a close second.

My Dragon Roll - Higher quality than any other dragon roll I ever had. It was awesome. I think next time I will try the caterpillar roll because I like more avocado.

I think this place may now be my favorite place after going just one time. I think it is the Tuna Poke that puts this place over the top. Try it, you wont be...

This sushi is a highly rated restaurant in our local community. We have been to many other sushi restaurants in the area and Termari was one we had not tried after many years in the area. The rating was high and we were optimistic the sushi would be fantastic. We have been eating sushi for 25 years and know good sushi when we eat it. The flavors, quality, and freshness were far below other sushi restaurants in the area and the restaurant did not feel clean. The rice seemed old, the fish was marginal, and the calamari was not tender. One roll had a strange smell and we tried one piece of the roll and did not finish it as the roll was not editable. I wish I could get my money back, because it was really poor sushi. Service was friendly and that was the best part of the meal however, not worth the price we paid for our dinner. The atmosphere is cramped and you can hear the conversations of those around you. It is not for anyone who wants to go out and have a nice conversation without everyone else listening to you or hearing what those around you are talking about since they are a foot away. . I wanted to start the review with EWWW and decided against it, I won't go back and will tell others to go to other sushi...
