Really poor customer service. Went in because of the positive reviewd and needed a particular kind of Diamond for a X mas present. The manager said she could help me and would call her suppliers and help me build a ring. She took all of my information; phone, e mail; ring size for my wife; everything. I waited and never heard back from her at all. I went to another business and they were great. Helped me build a great X mas present and it wasn’t cheap. You lost business not just now but forever because you completely ignored me.

I see you now responded and are attempting to discredit my review as if I was in the wrong place. That says a lot. I’ve lived in your neighborhood for 25 years and I know exactly where I went. You hide behind the term “manager”. I don’t know your terms. But how is this. White woman, about mid to late 30s. Maybe early 40’s. Greeted me, I went over specifically what I was looking for. She took detailed notes on an 8.5 by 11 white pad of paper. Took my name, and number. Then walked me to an area where she spoke to a man working on jewelry in the north side of the store. He was around the same age. When they both discussed what I was looking for the woman said she would call around to her contacts and help me build a ring. Shame on you for not taking ownership because you made a mistake. Just own it. Now I’ll spread the word even more....

The experience was nothing short of incredible from the very first time walking in, to when I left with the engagement ring for my now fiancée! Ryan was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He was informative, patient, and thorough in explaining everything. Ryan brought in multiple stones for us to look at for comparison until we knew what we wanted. My fiancée and I explained exactly what we were looking to achieve for the end result and this was executed perfectly. I will say initially that it was a bit difficult to envision the end result as the ring, setting, and stone were all separate pieces because this was going to be a custom piece. However, Ryan provided that reassurance and if for whatever reason the final piece was less than, we would get it right. Lemme tell you though..when I picked up the final ring it was phenomenal, and exceeded my expectations. Simple, elegant, and timeless.

Ryan and the staff were all great. They were never pushy and provided such a great experience in every aspect.

Avoid the big box jewelery stores, avoid ShaneCo. and come see Ryan at Barnes...

I just want to say that my experience at Barnes was absolutely amazing. The people there are so Professional and welcoming. Rignon and Natalie We’re so kind and listened to my concerns about getting my ring fixed, and what I wanted to have done on it. I had been treated poorly at another jewelry store and they had quoted me an outrageous price to fix my ring. Barnes offered me an excellent price to fix my ring and we’re straight up with me, not beating around the bush. I felt so relieved, The way I was treated and the way my questions were answered that I had no trouble leaving my ring with them whatsoever. My ring was left at the premises for one week. It is a family owned business.(Father n son ) And I highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity and for the excellent customer service I received. My ring looks absolutely beautiful. You could not tell it’s 20 years old. It is so sparkly and it’s polished to perfection. My husband was shocked. It looked brand new. We will definitely use Barnes again. Thank you...
