A friend picked up my first order from here one night, and I had high expectations for a great experience. I was really looking forward to those delicious waffle fries!
I ordered the Pretzel Cheddar Club meal and received my sandwich, but it came with a regular bun instead of the right one. 🤦🏻♂️ To top it off, my fries were missing. 🙄 On a positive note, the cherry berry Sprite was enjoyable.
This place hadn’t even been open for a week at the time of my order, yet it was already underperforming. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ It’s clear that all employees need to be retrained on how to properly make a sandwich, including using the correct bun and ensuring the meal comes with those waffle fries. 💪🏼💁🏼♂️
I ended up trying the chicken sandwich, but it didn't compare to the one from the Chick-fil-A on Campbell Lane, which is far superior. 🙃 Many people had raved about this location being just as good as the one in Bowling Green, but I was disappointed. I’d much rather drive to Bowling Green, where I know my food will be made right, fresh, and will definitely include the waffle fries!
For anyone considering this location, I recommend heading to Bowling Green instead—it's the better option for now. Maybe in a month or so, the employees will step up their game. Unfortunately, many employees in Glasgow don’t seem to take pride in their work, with only a few exceptions in each restaurant. Best of luck to the owner of the Glasgow...

I ordered the #7 Grilled Chicken Club with Colby Jack and bacon, large waffle fries, and a Sunjoy. The fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. The Sunjoy really did taste like sunshine and joy. And the sandwich was outstanding — juicy grilled chicken topped with Colby Jack, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
The true standout, though, was the team. Owner Sarah Cobb, Executive Director Thomas, Director of Operations Allie, and their amazing crew of nearly 100 pulled off a grand opening with excellence across the board. Having spent 32+ years in the restaurant industry myself, I can say with confidence their hospitality was not just trained — it was genuine, heartfelt service.
The restaurant is spotless, modern, and family-friendly, complete with a play space for the kids.

Read moreFirst off, we are talking about Chick Fil A - did you forget? The entrance & exit onto the property is terrible. If you want to enter the parking area or use the mobile thru, you have to wait until it opens up to go either direction. You spend lots of time just waiting to get into either because the drive thru line is holding you up. Ideally the drive thru should have been 3 lanes, 2 drive thru and 1 mobile. Now after being open a couple of weeks, many are tricked into thinking the mobile thru is more convenient. Wrong! The last two visits, Im 20 cars deep in mobile thru waiting and a handful in the drive thru lane. I have been there 8-10 times now and have never been in and out in under 30 mins! They need more staff walking out orders to multiple cars to help with the drive thru lanes flow. I know they are new but someone under estimated the traffic of this establishment. The layout and flow is the worst. Food is fine, service is ok but experience could be much improved overall. Thankful your here but...
