Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Glasgow

Update to my previous review ZERO out of 5 stars! Poor management: I am disappointed in the professionalism of this establishment. I placed a mobile order on 5/22/24 and the "manager" states the drive thru is closed because his register is getting wet from the rain. This is poor management. This was the reason I placed a mobile/drive thru order. I asked if an associate could bring my order to the door and he said his workers didn't want to get wet and I needed to come inside. Again, it seems the staff, lead by this poor excuse of a manager lack basic customer service skills. I have already paid for my food and the manager avoided giving me the food because he didn't want to get wet. Terrible. I will not support this trash business location.

First time trying the chicken sandwich here and it was oh so delicious! The customer service was great also. I would definitely return for more!

We came through the drive-through we were there for at least 20 minutes anyway we don’t mind a little bit of the weight but when we get to wait, we at least like our chicken to be fresh and hot. The chicken was so dried out. You can’t even eat it we got 525 piece chicken strips hot With three large mashed potatoes and gravy with extra gravy, but no gravy on them and three rice and beans the rice and beans were OK but we’ve tried to call him for the last 3 1/2 hours and nobody ever answers the phone. It goes straight to voicemail For 60 my order was $42 and her order was 30 I think 32 for that kind of money you would think you would be able to get at least somebody on the phone to talk to him about replacing the order but nothing I’m in town from Indiana. I'm speaking specifically of the establishment in Glasgow, KY.

I'll start this by saying the employees were super polite and prompt with taking my order.

I get home, and am met with what can only be described as the blandest meal I've ever ordered.

The breading on the chicken was too light, the meat was super tough. Everything but the gravy on my mashed potatoes was woefully under-seasoned. My partner even found a HAIR in one of his sides.

It just felt like nothing about this was right.

I'd heard rather negative reviews and didn't think it could be THAT bad. I'm telling you, it is.

I've eaten at Popeye's in other states and it was fantastic! Never imagined it could go so wrong with this one.
