DO NOT ORDER!!!! A couple weeks ago I placed an order on the app at 5 pm for it to be delivered at 6 pm. When 6 came and went I started trying to call Pizza Hut to only get an automated response and NEVER got to talk to anyone before it hung up on me multiple times. It was not delivered until 6:45 and it wasn’t even hot. The delivery man said he would get us a discount on our account for our next order. Never happened. I filled out the email survey and told them of my experience, nothing happened. I tried to order again today. The app said it would be over an hour before it would be delivered and after our last experience I wasn’t willing to wait 2 hours for a pizza. I tried to call and cancel and finally got someone who wasn’t even at our Pizza Hut to cancel my order. I asked to talk to a manager, he said he was transferring me. It rang for over a minute before hanging up on me. I am furious with our Pizza Hut experiences lately. I don’t understand why I can’t call the number and get someone who is at the Pizza Hut I’m ordering from. We love Pizza Hut and their products but the customer service SUCKS and I WILL NOT be ordering from them again...

Read moreGood food. Superb service. Waitress was making pizzas, wings, taking phone orders and covering three different groups in the dining area. She ever missed a beat. Wings came out first, pizza 5 minutes later, and our drinks never ran dry. We sent a compliment to corporate a out our waitress.
