Mama Pepino's Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Glassport

The only reason i gave it 1 star is to leave this comment...i been ordering over this shop for 3 years theres times i spend 80$ easy .theres times a spend 60$ 2 or 3 times a week at times ....first time i tried there pizza.Theres was like steel like wool in our pizza The guy was nice about it and we explain we didnt want credit just another pizza.he sent it and still gave us a pizza credit whenever we call for it. No problems since until fews days ago.we order 58$ worth food second time that week and the pizza bottom was way thin the cheese and sausge went thru it it was hard even cutting it..then no butter with our steak salad and bread was like a rock and no cheese on top of fries..we left that go..called the 3rd time 60$ order and we ask for the cheese to be on top the fries like always and didnt get it and food and no butter again with the salad..4th order tonight was only 35$ and the pizza wasnt cut right bottom to thin and the pieces were bite size pieces what they did was.messed up and made a 12 cut instead of a 16 and cut it into a 16...the food was cold and no cheese once again on top fries as ask for and no butter bread hard as arock.when i call this time the manager (owner maybe) idk..was really an ass.and rude. So ill take my bizzness else where..along with my familie amd friends and people on facebook....not sure what happen in the past week at that shop but the rudeness after all the cash i spend their was horriable.!!!wish i could post...

If I had anything to say about this place it would be that the food is okay but when you order for delivery it doesn't always come as ordered. Today is April 27, 2019 and my husband and I ordered 2 pita sandwiches from this place for delivery. He got the steak pita and I got the grilled chicken pita. I asked for the chicken to be tossed in the bbq sauce and the bbq sauce was on the side as was the ranch. Then I asked for lettuce only! I get green peppers, mushrooms and onions I didn't ask for all that to be in there! I am allergic to mushrooms and green peppers and I had to pick out all that excessive stuff. I specifically stated bbq chicken, cheese and lettuce on the pita. The total was $22.47 and we gave the delivery person $25 and asked for change back and the delivery person didn't give us our change back at all. So, this place has lost a customer due to this incident. My advice to any and all businesses: listen to your customers whenever they ask for specific/special requests for their orders. And always make sure you give them their change back unless they tell...

I ordered from there not too long ago and asked for delivery and had no problem at all. Tip the delivery driver $6. The girl who took my order was great. I decided to order again and get delivery and the problems began. I had no problem waiting over an hour for it to get delivered. It was the young punk ass delivery driver to didn't feel like doing his job that ruined everything. He decided to call me an hour and 15 minutes later to tell me that all of the sudden he can't deliver my food that was already paid for and tried to blame it on the front counter girl saying she was new. Then it was "oh well in the system it says do not deliver there." I am not sure how dumb this driver thought I was but he can go kick bricks. If you don't your job, then go find a job you like. I have let plenty of people know how the nighttime drivers pick and choose where they feel like delivering too. How about hire people who actually want to do the job and make your establishment money. Shame on the owner for letting stuff like...
