This is the worst place I have ever ordered from they have ever ordered from they need fresh shrimp they shrimp is not fresh they are stingy with the filling in the crab raggoon it took 3 hours to get my cold food this is a terrible place they have terrible customer service I would never recommend anybody to eat at this place they are over priced for what they give you they are rude in the middle of my call back to them they hung up on me made me miss my break during work because they did not care that they was on other people time egg rolls was nasty they only put 4 shrimp in my shrimp fried rice only call this place for a disappointment I was going to call BBB on them but the simple fact I had to head back into work I did not have the time for this if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wish I could write a review on the food, but I have never eaten it. I called to order delivery and the man who answered the phone (I could tell he wasn't Chinese which struck me as odd), clearly had no idea what he was doing. The menu states that you get a choice of rice and side (wonton, soup, or egg roll) with your lunch combo, but when I stated what I wanted he didn't even ask what choices I wanted. When I asked if I got a choice he said "What, you don't want fried rice?" I'm a vegetarian so I wanted white rice. I also wanted to get a vegetable egg roll instead of pork (on the menu they are the same price), but I was told very rudely I could not substitute. The food is decent for the portion and price you get but most times are stale and cold. And you will lose money. Their delivery drivers are sketchy at best and apparently “never have change” so they end up making more off of you. Especially one lady in particular. This last time she gave me my change back in quarters…like bffr. Everytime she delivers the food she “never has change”. If you call the store trying to explain what she’s been doing they just make excuses.
