Subway — Restaurant in Glen Ellyn

Do not order online at this Subway in College of Dupage. I ordered and my order was cancelled. I paid with a Subway gift card and the money was never put back on my card. Four days later even after emailing corporate I have not heard back. I called the Subway in COD back and the manager was completely unhelpful, said she has nothing to do with it, couldn't give me a contact to call and HUNG UP ON ME! She started getting aggravated so I told her that according to the website it shows you are still open and there's a link to click that sends you to place an order. I told her she should have let corporate know to fix that. She said she did and then hung up on me. The worst customer service...
