Bagel Culture — Restaurant in Glen Rock

I am in disbelief with just how incredibly disappointed my experience was. This is the first time I have been back since the change of management, wow they really sucked the magic out of this place. First of all, if you don’t have ingredients to fulfill your orders. Please let the customer know. They let me order, handed me my food, and charged me full price knowing all well that they did not actually make me what I order. When I said something they just nonchalantly told me that they didn’t have the ingredients, they didn’t even offer a good substitution, just tomatoes.(?) I had to ask for lettuce as what I was missing was coleslaw. They didn’t apologize, nor did they offer a partial refund, in fact I had added something extra to my wrap and they charged me full price plus the add on even though they didn’t give me what I asked for. The wrap was terrible, overly salty, chicken didn’t taste good and there was still a bone in it, they didn’t even grill my wrap.

The amount of anger and disappointment I felt today was is if I had lost a love one. I would have much rather had physically eaten my $20 dollar bill than to eat the “food” I was given. The only redemption for this place is to shut their doors, change the name, the menu and everything else about it. They have killed the legacy of Bagel Culture. I will never return and I hope to god that one day soon I will forget about this experience and just remember when this place was actually good and cared about what they...

The slowest I have ever seen a staff "work". 20 minutes for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Apparently its a good bussiness model to queue a simple order behind hot sandwiches. Then when the bagels are prepared, it looked like the kid was moving in slow motion. I do not know how this store remains open with this unwillingness to move customers through the line and out the door. I watched 2 separate customers walk out in frustration after waiting at least 15 mins. Shame on me for not...
