While traveling through this town, I saw the sign, stopped for a fast cold drink. WOW! I WAS IN FOR A SHOCK! I went inside, because the drive-thru was backed up. All I wanted for a drink. Oh my!! The place inside was hot, very nasty/dirty, only one cashier that didn't seem to have any idea what she was doing. I normally don't complain, and I didn't while in the restaurant, because others had bigger issues than l did. I finally got to order my drink, after the cashier that had disappeared, came back to her register. Then I got no cup, so I finally reach over and got my own. An elderly lady was still waiting for a cup of WATER!! The cashier kept saying the machine has to make the water, when in my opinion, the lady should have been offered another drink. After I got my ice, I had to get a customer to help me figure out which container was the unsweetened tea. All 3 were marked "sweet"! I finally got the attention of another worker in there, and he just pointed, and said "that one!" I showed him it was clearly marked sweet, but I tasted it, filled my cup to get out as fast as possible. Another customer asked me for help about finding the ketchup. Customers helping customers, because no one else would! I still feel sorry for the elderly lady that just wanted water, couldn't get any out of the dispenser, nor get the cashier to understand she needed water! I won't go back, and I travel through...
Read moreFor two weeks I went to this McDonald's and ordered a large coffee with 12 cream and 12 sugar. They have yet to give me a coffee with 12 and 12. Several weeks before I order 4 meals from their "value menu". I got back to my home in Wellington, when I opened the bag ALL of the fries I ordered we barely half full. I took them back and asked the manager in what world was giving some one who ordered 4 large fries with the cartons not even half full ok!? Now mind you this was at this point a 48 mile round trip, two trips there and two trips back home. She had the nerve to tell me that the fries "settle" in the carton, then tried to insinuate that I had eaten part of them. In the end I told her to fix my damn order, and I wanted her DM's number. She refused to give it to me, so I called Corp, and they tried to send me a coupon for a free meal. I told the lady I'd save her a trip to the mail dept, and just throw it in the trash, stupid bastardy still sent it to me. Jokes on them, I sent it back with postage due. I hate this place, and they prove they don't deserve $15 per hr, they don't even deserve $2 an HR. This place sucks a big fat...
Read moreHad 2 separate orders...both orders had fries & I requested the fries to not have salt. Upon reaching the pick up window the lady at the window handed my 1st order. Then I could hear the manager or team leader what else was I waiting for...the lady approached the window to ask what else was I waiting for & I told her my 2nd order. She then hands me my 2nd order with a look of confusion. I then, ask if I could have a pack of salt & she shuts the window halfway & I could hear the Managed or team leader tell the lady that next time someone orders fries not to give them a pack of salt. I mean really....whatever condiment I ask for there should not be a problem. I am the customer. Whoever that Manager or Team leader is she don't need to be upfront & telling workers to handle the customers in this type of way. That is not professional & could cause a possible disagreement with the customer cause I had some words with her. You all will lose business with these type of ppl.
