Burger King — Restaurant in Glendale

it's fair. for the most part the food is par for the course if you're being honest with yourself. It's Burger King... If you were looking for a quality meal, you could do worse, but you could also do a lot better.

Like any other BK these days, it's best to keep it as simple as possible to ensure you're not scrapping off excess ketchup or liquid lettuce. They always slop disgusting amounts of sauce on everything, so I order everything dry and avoid anything with lettuce on it.

These guys stick to the age old tradition of prioritizing the drive thru and fail to serve their customers in the order they are received. They do this by not even taking orders in the dining room until the drive thru is clear.

Frequently the crew is comprised of disenchanted souls that wish you would just stop ordering food. Muttering the world's most deadpan greeting, sometimes spicing it up with a contemptable eye roll. You are antagonizing their harmony by existing, so if you could just die in your sleep and stop ordering food; that'd be great. As if having no orders to fulfill would somehow improve their tragic lives. lol...

I'm not looking for everyone working at Burger King to be happy. I've worked at many burger joints, Burger King included. I hated it, but I didn't take it out on my customers. It's not their fault you accepted one of the lousiest jobs in the country.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, usually I don't do that. However on this night my family was eating something else so my boyfriend went to Burger King to get me a Whopper junior. This happened to be a night when I was actually starving and could not wait to get my food. It's my own fault or not having it checked upon leaving the drive-thru but I didn't. When I opened it to eat at home, the buns were so hard that I'm sure at one point they were used in several hockey games as the puck. I could knock on it and it didn't even crack but it made a loud knocking sound. Surely somebody had to have noticed that the buns they were giving me were extremely hard and stale. I ended up just tossing it in the garbage and eating something else from my refrigerator. It was already late at that point and I wasn't trying to go back and argue or upset anybody. All of that being said, this was a very unique experience for this location. I eat at this location quite often, and this is the first time that my food has been inedible. I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich, was in a little bit of a hurry, that's why I went through the drive thru, was told to pull around front 10 minutes later still nothing so I went in and was rudely told they were waiting for eggs, so it made me mad. I wanted my money back. The counter girl was telling me I don't need to be rude, as a customer she has no right to talk to me like that. That made me more angry. Telling me I was being recorded with sound well good. I paid over 6.00 for the sandwich and only goy 5.00 back. I've been there before and they've been rude. I should have known better to.stop in there but I was in a hurry. If the wait was going to be 10 minutes or more I should have been told BEFORE I paid and would have just said I don't have time, and left. I will NEVER go in there ever again.
