Taqueria y Neveria La Chin-gada — Restaurant in Glendale

Now this has no exaggeration but truthful hyperbole in this review….walking up seems like any hole in the wall as is covered behind pillars of the building blocking the street next to a groomer and barber shop north side of the building it’s apart of, with two light banner and a pop up sign, complicated trying to deal with the city to advertise but pictures will be up for reference, now walking in it’s just quaint but very homey, from the smiles of the owners and employees even the daughter flashes a radiant positive very customer service approved integrity, standard condiments as salsas and various chopped and grilled veggies, limes and cucumber coins, and what is a guacamole which isn’t the chunky concoction most people are used to and boast full avocado use/flavor, getting to the register the menu above although takes a step back to look at is clear, concise and updated from previous posts that now have incorrect prices, as for the food cuz you have to personally experience this place first hand but I had the quesobirria tacos and by the time I had the second one as a person who loves how amazing food can be, I was quite literally happy content all goodness is what I felt like I was at home with family shooting the shit with family just an over all comfortable place to be , in my opinion, is a date/ family/anytime food destination...

The birria was Uh-maze-ing! I want to dab the consommé behind my ears to seduce my partner 😆 They did the tortillas soaked properly, the beef was baby-tender, and Please get the cilantro/onion topping 🙏🏻 The server/cashier was SO nice, even when I forgot to specify that it was to-go 🙃Everything was repackaged with care (including the consummé, which has been absent Every time I've ordered birria from OTHER places 🤔) Needless to say, I am Impressed, and I will drive the 30 miles to come back. I wish I could give them more stars!!! What an absolute gem of a find! The service is AMAZING from the counter to the chefs in the back. The beautiful girl at the front was so friendly, she even came to bag up the salsas I made from their salsa bar. LOOK at my tripitas!!! Do you see that crisp lol?!
