El Muchacho Alegre — Restaurant in Glendale

READ THIS BEFORE YOU COME TO THIS PLACE We ordered bottle service for a friends birthday party. ($350) I was DD that night so i was fully aware of my senses while him & his friends enjoyed their night.

around 12:30 PM we ordered a new bottle Ciroc Vodka ($150) and when the waitress came around I noticed ALOT OF RED FLAGS

As soon as she arrived to our table with our bottle, she started pouring out drinks (she refused to let us pour our own drinks for some reason) & one of my friends complained that he didnt taste any of the vodka

She insisted that this was a brand new bottle but could not find the protective seal that connects the neck of the bottle to the bottle cap

We poured some vodka in an empty cup and the smell of vodka was not present at all (if you've ever smelled peach ciroc you'd know it has a distinctive rich/strong smell to it)

a few others from the group took straight shots from the bottle and they all complained that this liquor was heavily watered down

The waitress refused to acknowledge our concerns even after she smelled the liquor she had given us.

We basically paid $150 for a bottle of water & $350 for crappy service

If your paying 300 for the VIP why put a lock on the bottle and have to wait or ask someone who is working there to open it up so we can drink the bottles we paid for!!! Idk some people at other VIPs didn't have a damn lock on there bottles but as soon as they see that are bottle wasn't locked after the 2nd time coming to our area she locks it back up you guys shouldn't be locking the bottles that is why we paid for them not the suck ass service JUST looks like you don't make money anywhere else that you have to lock it up even though it's...
