If I could give this location a zero star oh how I would as I brought my daughter her for dinner I should have know it was a mistake when I walked in and no one addressed me!!! I proceeded to order anyways when the girl at the counter Brenda I assume she's supposed to be training knows nothing about the menu or how to run the register when the assistant manager Gustavo walked up he also had no knowledge to what comes on his menu items after all the confusion I received a cold ribeye burger with the cheeses slapped on not even melted when I tried to ask why Gustavo decided to tell me it's because it's a thicker cheese as I'm trying to explain they should leave it on the grill a bit longer to melt it he proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me idk what I'm talking about as his drive thru cashier Sam and trainee Brenda start to laugh in my face with him he allows this and says nothing to them a ended up getting all names and numbers to people further above while I continue to sit and watch them laugh and play on their phones Gustavo tells his team oh it's nothing to worried about let's go on after that comment I get it neccassry to take to the internet and let as many people know how horrible this location is quality and customer service as I live across the street I will still drive down to Olive to purchase my next time at...
Read moreIn my lifetime experiences probably one of the worst Jack in the boxes I've ever been to four times they've gotten my order wrong and once I've gotten food poisoning from it when I eat their breakfast tray in the evening. Well since the last review I've spoke to the manager they've compensated me a little bit from my troubles because they saw the review now I go in tonight order my burger same way I do every time it's a special order of course first time I go in they put something on it that I'm allergic to I go back in tell them I only want three condiments on it and it's a junior bacon cheeseburger they then take the bacon and the cheese off of it and just give me plain burger with three condiments that I requested horrible training portable customer service not to mention that when I walked into the restaurant Jocelyn the team leader for the night when I asked the cashier for the to use restroom Jocelyn chimed in and said oh no you have to purchase something before I can allow you to use the restroom I don't know how they do it out here but this isn't the way they do it in California obviously they do something wrong here they do not train their people in customer service corporate office you should be ashamed...

I reported all this mess to their corporate office and guess what? I had an interview in which I recorded the people I mentioned saying these incriminating things!
