K J's — Restaurant in Glendale

Wrongfully charged my credit card, I left my tab open and purchased 1 single drink for the night. When I went to close out the bartender told me my card was declined. I thought that was odd so I said ok and then I gave her cash for my 1 drink since it was $6 and some change. The next week comes i check my account and realize she charged my card $124.98 cents. I called my bank right away and the bank said there was 4 different charges on my card that all got declined all charges were over $30-$40. (Explains why my card got declined) I did pay my tab in cash and walked out without a receipt. I did get ahold of the owner the following week and she said she would help get me a refund and was very nice about it. She said to call my bank first and get it reversed and that she would approve the reverse if they come to her. I filled a dispute got my money back and now they reversed it and said contact the bar because theres not enough proof that i didn't make that purchase. I called the bar 3 times and every time I call the lady says the owner is not there and has been out of town. I now am responsible for $124.93 cents that i was not aware of.
