Taco Mich — Restaurant in Glendale

I come here all the time and have been for years. I went here after work around 1030pm. I always get Carne asada tacos, no cilantro, just onions. The woman working the drive through was rude and dismissive. I got got home and had to do some chores so didn't open my tacos til a few hours later. I opened them and they had NO onions, only cilantro. Really strange mix up but it happens I'm not angry. However I did go back to correct it cause I can't eat that lmao. The same rude woman looked at my receipt and was like "Ohhhh this was a long time ago," im like miss mam it's been 2 hours? She really tried not to correct the mistake because it's been two hours LOL. When she did have her cooks remake it, she came back to the window and threw the tacos at me and slammed the window. I literally sat there for a second shocked. I was polite and said thank you I'm don't get mad about an error I've worked in the food industry for years. My boyfriend and I went here and ordered. I ordered the 3 enchilada combination and my boyfriend ordered 4 tacos. When the food came the 4 tacos only had the meat and onions on them. The only thing that my boyfriend asked for it not to have was cilantro. Then when I looked at my plate. They gave me 3 quesadillas. I took it up to them and asked why they gave me quesadillas and not what I ordered. They insisted that they gave me enchiladas. Now I grew up in southern California and went to Mexico many times, so I know what I'm ordering from a Mexican restaurant is suppose to look like. They argued to the point where I had to ask for our money back. They refused to give us back all the money. In fact they only gave us the money for the 3 enchilada combination back even though they messed up on our entire order except for our drinks. I couldn't believe that they got our order wrong, then argued with us about our order, then refused to refund the money for our order. They were rude as well as unprofessional. Decided to go out for late night food run (10pm). Went through the drive through, the girl who was on speaker and front counter was in a hurry and not very helpful when asking what a "Arizona Burrito" ingredients were in it. I asked no tomatoes or onion and instead add guacamole. She stated it would be an additional $1.75... I replied "that's fine". I proceeded to the window payed $16.68 for a $8.99 burrito and a large drink. Esmeralda, another employee reached out and was extremely HELPFUL. She was confused about the order from the previous employee and fixed everything. She attended me with a cheerful smile and asked if I needed anything else. I had visited earlier last week and she attended me with the same happy and jolly greeting. I left somewhat disappointed from the previous interaction and what I believe payed too much. Drinks shouldn't cost over $4.00 and really believe that's where "they get you".. overall I'll rate this place 5/10. Only because of Esmeralda and probably won't be returning because of the over priced...
