If I could give them NO STARS i would. I've stopped by every so often here over the years and they ALWAYS make you wait for chicken because they never have any ready. And let me tell you the lady was RUDE as she spoke to me at the drive thru. First i'm waiting and i finally say "hello?" and she tell me to wait a minute. well i wait about 3 minutes and say "hello?" again then with full attitude she speaks loudly to me "Can I Help You?" and she enunciated each word like i was mentally retarded or something. Well I was told to pull around to the other side of KFC and I did. After waiting over 10 minutes in my car I finally went inside. Me and my family couldn't even find a clean table to sit down at because they were all dirty! (I'm dead serious, they were ALL dirty) The employees were just standing around and whatever they were doing trying to pretend like they were busying wasn't fooling me. The lady who I believe was the Supervisor was sitting down playing on her phone! I finally took a good look around their kitchen to see if my food was almost ready and it was so disgusting!! there were tons of big plastic containers filled with dirty grease, every counter was covered with pieces of fried chicken, food and whatever else. nothing looked clean at all. and all the employees were just standing out pulling trays out, give them a quick look and shove the trays back into their compartments and stand out doing NOTHING. I'm glad i went inside. I told the lady I wanted my money back. She looked at me like a was crazy and said, your food is almost ready. I told her straight up "no thanks, you can give that to the couple over there that you just told they have to wait 12 minutes for some chicken cuz you only have 3 pieces right now, your kitchen is nasty and I don't want to eat that food" she gave me my money back and me and my family went else where. i wasn't given a receipt so i found one on the table and took it and called the complaint number. we'll see if they call me back like i requested the should. Read moreOk, where do I start. I came here because I wanted a chicken pot pie, and they were the closest one to me at the time. Went to the drive thru. I asked if they had any chicken pot pies left. The man told me there was one left. I said ok I will take it." So... everything was good on that part. Staff was on their job doing what they needed to do. After paying for my food, I was trying to leave, but there were two cars in front of me just waiting around for what I didn't know. So I blew my horn. These people just looking at me crazy. So I was like skip this I started backing up to get out of the drive thru then finally jumping the curve into the Burger King parking lot or taco bell or whoever is next door so I can get out. These people still sitting there. So if they were waiting for their food I think this KFC needs to have an assigned designated spot for people to wait for their food that are from the drive thru Because this is very unprofessional and inconvenient to everyone else. Anyways I got home and was like what is wrong with this chicken pot pie like it was done all the way or something. Read moreWe have lived off 47th Ave near this store for over 17 years and they are always out of something. We got there tonight around 9pm. We ordered 2 Chicken Littles. The male cashier stated it would be 7 minutes to drop the meat. We said we will wait. They had us to park in a dark bar parking lot.
We have gone to this store numerous times, and they are always in a shut down closing mode around 9pm. Never can get the items we want because they have no chicken or little cooked. Never can get potato wedges because they do not want to cook after 9pm. Our orders are usually incorrect and we have to drive back to the store to get reimbursed. Get reimbursed because of items they can't give us - they ran out and not willing to cook anymore. Their same answer - fryer down, don't want to cook more at 9pm as getting closer to closing at 10pm. This is so ridiculous, unprofessional and need to be looked into by Corporate. The management obviously is unprofessional, not customer service oriented and ill-prepared to run this store.
We are surprised that it hasn't been closed down - gone out of business. It should be closed down.
Corporate need to step in and investigate...
