After replacing a mobile order. It was not ready when I was notified that it was ready. Then I get in and after they have surveyed the lobby, I get called to the front asking if I want another drink because they're no longer able to make frappes. But then I see the gentleman who clearly walked in behind me grab the exact same frappe that I just ordered so when I asked the guy is that mine or is that his. And if that's his why am I not able to get one if you were so equally able to make his. I was told that there was no way to make another frappe and I can either choose another item or I could get refunded for the item but as I informed him I paid for this through points so how are you going to be able to refund me for something that was paid for through points. He couldn't explain, in the end I did go ahead and get another item but I don't understand how you are able to serve one person and not another. And also when I look on the app you can still order this item that they're trying to say they can no longer make. And as I am writing this review sitting in their parking lot somebody just walked out with a frappe. I won't ever come back here I haven't been back here in over a year and I see why I never will come back to this location. You really need to work on your people, your equipment, the overall everything that goes on with this McDonald's. The fact that you are in a very desirable location it's a shame that this is what people have to come to I am ashamed that you're around the corner from my rental property where my family comes to visit this city and will never tell them to come to...

I had 2 adults and 2 kids with me and they were having trouble deciding, but he just said "take all the time you need." After we ordered and went to the first window, the person taking our payment was very nice and pretty fast. When we drove up to the second window to get our order, Israel, who was working that window couldn't have been more rude, with a horrible attitude. He handed us a couple of Happy Meals and shut the window, then came back a couple of minutes later and asked what else we needed. We told him we still needed our drinks and the rest of our order, so he handed us only 2 of the drinks and shut the window again. Again, he came back and wanted to know what we needed now. This continued 3 more times, until we finally got our entire order and the drinks. We had to do the same thing again, trying to get the condiments, then napkins and he got really upset when I asked for a drink carrier. Next, we had to tell him he forgot one of the cheeseburgers and by this time, he practically threw it out the window into my car. My friend that was with me actually was so upset that she called and asked for the manager and neither one of us could believe that the person on the phone, Veronica, was a manager. So I do not understand the point of ordering sauce on the app if you're not going to put it in the bag. My door dash driver had received such bad service that he felt the need to express that to me when arriving at my apartment. This isn't the first time. And any other time I have personally come through (usually late night) the staff is so disrespectful and lazy. I called in after my doordash arrived and the late night manager refused to give me his name. And the way he answered the phone, you could tell he was high or he just really did not care about his job. Extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Telling me to come get the sauce. There's a reason intoxicated people use food delivery apps late night, so they do not have to drive. Especially not for sauce that has already been paid for and supposed to be in the bag.
