One of the employee was extremely rude, I asked him to put just a couple pieces of ice however his response was "it's not going to change the drink" while he continued to give me "less ice" as per him (50-75% of the glass was just ice). Later he rudely told me not to use the bathroom since he was done cleaning at closing ; to which I apologized however I did not like the way he said it so I tried to talk to him about it as well as what he said when he was making the drink , pointing out to him that it was not good customer service, but he did not care and said to complain to the corporate and was completely gaslighting me. The peanut butter cookie was decent at least. Left a tip when I ordered but didn’t expect the service to be dry . Seemed more like a group of young male buddies chatting amongst themselves. Lots of seating inside & out but it’s always a packed house when I visit. Not worth my...
