If I could rate this location zero stars I would have. I went in the drive thru, first of all i waited about 15 minutes for my food to come out with a line of cars behind me , but that’s not what upset me. The girl came out to get my payment and I asked if they do Apple pay, or something of that sort she said she has NEVER been asked that before which was hard to believe. Proceeded to tell me “No we don’t take apple payment”. Unfortunately that was my only form of payment at the time and so she told me they were just going to throw my food away ??? like that’s just a waste.... So then I pulled off after hearing her go inside and tell the other employees that i was mad? I was being very nice i was just trying to figure out a solution, and i just really wanted my food ... so i thought it was bad customer service for her to talk about me like that lol. so then I decided to go inside and ask them if they could let me cash app or Zelle them they practically laughed at me and said they don’t allow that, luckily I ended up asking someone ordering food at one of the Kiosks, and she was so very kind to pay for our food. Once getting my food the fries were like the worst of the batch... conclusion of the story the workers at that location are very rude, they don’t care about the customers or quality of the food... Will never be returning to...
Read moreUpdate-again! - get all the way home to discover I'm missing my chicken strips! This is ridiculous, does anyone check the ticket to make sure everything is in the bag? I got a bunch of sauces I didn't ask for but not my main meal! After work I definitely don't feel like driving back up there. Oh, and checking in never works at stall 18, had to switch stalls because no one was getting back to me on the speaker!
UPDATE: I'm sorry to have to update this. Last few times I've been here the server reads my order from the ticket, everything sounds okay. I get home and it's wrong! I ordered a hotdog one day - no onions, no relish, easy mustard, easy ketchup, add cheese - I get home and I have a hotdog with relish and onions! No cheese! My husband's burger tonight was missing the bacon I ordered and paid for! And the Blasts never look anything like the pictures in ads or on their menu boards! You get some mix-ins on the top part of the ice cream and nothing at the bottom but plain vanilla ice cream! Menu board photos show lots of mix-ins all the way from top to bottom! Read moreI haven’t been to sonic in years… Decided to take my kids out tonight. They started out by changed the first 5 pull up kiosks into app or grub hub only. Thought that was dumb to force me to use the app to order or I could go to the other farther away kiosks. So I tried the app. Wasted 10 minutes trying to sign up then trying to order then figuring out there’s no way to add your coupons to the app…. 0 stars for all that absolute frustration signing up for an app just to order some food. Went to a kiosk to order and talk to a human. Ordered chicken sandwiches. Chicken tenders and Tatar tots. Spent $21 and that’s with the coupon…. Just crazy how much FAST FOOD (junk) is got the sandwiches with the typical fast food buns (gross tastes fake) the tenders were NOT tenders at all and more like a 5piece chicken nugget from bigger king…. That irritated me beyond belief because they cost about $7 for chicken nuggets (I don’t know how they call them tenders, a tender comes from the tenderloin. Not pressed meat like a chicken nugget). Just absolutely horrible. This is why I cook at my house. I’d be better off going to Walmart and buying a bag of frozen...
