Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

I visited this Starbucks plenty of times and the service is usually pretty decent. However, today the service was exceptional! Aiden was polite, professional, and prompt! Our drinks were perfection embodied! What stood out though, is that this young man—Aiden—mistakenly dropped a cup meant for one of our drinks. Without hesitation, nor glance around to see if anyone saw, he picked it up, threw it in the bin, and grabbed a clean cup! I’ve seen other workers at different stores pick up an item from the floor and use it without batting an eye, and getting a new [clean] item is not the common decency others demonstrate! I praised him and thanked him for his integrity!...

This location is located on the Luke AF Base, I attended this location 09/05/2019 @ 1:00 p.m. The staff was friendly at 1st but not consistent on customer service. When giving me my drink did not put in reach and did not offer straw, I had to reach behind the counter into the employee area to get my straw. Also while waiting for my beverage I noticed the hot food you can purchase with egg product and meats in them was left on the counter. Not in a proper bin, and staff was not in a hurry to put away. This lady was so kind and pleasant to me and the 15 customers that followed no matter how unprepared it seemed the night shift left them. Asking us all how are day is and making sure our drinks were well saying good morning in the most genuine way. Furthermore she had nocomplaints about the company just turned all negatives into positives she is wonderful and deserves recognition. Kind,genuine ,grateful people rock...
