We stopped here on our way through Mathews, after learning there would be at least an hour wait at Richardson’s Cafe. So glad we ended up at Shun Xing instead! Small, hole in the wall type restaurant, which is exactly what you'd expect with a good Chinese place. Food wasn't overly spiced or flavored, but it was cooked perfectly and made fresh. Pork fried rice however is amazing. Great food, great price and friendly people. The aged pictures of the dishes on the wall let's you know it's legit. 10/10...
