We decided to stop in after seeing this restaurant/market from the road. We were greeted immediately and asked if we wanted to shop the market or if we were there to dine in. Once we let the waitress know we were there to dine in, we were seated immediately. The menu had something for everyone, and I was pleasantly suprised to find some great cocktails listed. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees and all of the food was amazing. I sadly didn't get a lot of photos here, but everything was excellent. Our waitress even was concerned since we weren't able to eat much (we had eaten lunch only a few hours before, it was NOT due to the quality of our meals!). If I find myself in the area again, we will definitely be patronizing this great spot for both picking up fresh market seafood to cook and dining in!

They were pretty busy when we got there, but there is ample parking in the lot which is shared with a home improvement store. There are a lot of seafood options here, as can be expected. The fried shrimp with Bang N' sauce was good, and not overly sauced. Next time I'd probably try a po boy sandwhich. The bay fries (old bay seasoning) might have been a bit much, but I had to try them. The owner is friendly and makes the rounds making sure everyone is being taking care of. Just a heads up that the "smoking section" is right at the head of the walkway to the restaurant. Not really a big deal, but people seem to congregate there. There is some outdoor seating on the porch where you walk in, and it is pet friendly.

Quaint seafood market + restaurant big on flavor and freshness. Dine indoors, bar-side, or on the front porch. They sell Boar's Head deli meats and fillet cuts of salmon, tuna, snapper, and more. We stopped in for lunch on a weekday ordering the fried oyster po boy plus steamed crab legs and shrimp. The po boy was top notch--woulda preferred it with apple/carrot slaw instead of lettuce but yummy nonetheless. Seafood was steamed to perfection. Orange crushes we're refreshing too! If this place was on the waterfront it'd be five stars all-around.

My husband took me here for lunch, it was an hour and twenty one minutes from where we lived. He saw that it had great reviews and we love to travel for food. We are greeted and seated. It’s a small dainty place, so there were not many people in there. Plus we had arrived a little after twelve pm. We order our appetizer and meal. About fifteen minutes later, an elderly couple is seated adjacent to us. About forty five minutes go by and they get their food. We hadn’t even gotten our appetizer yet. So now my husband and I are getting a little disturbed. I am seated to where I could see the kitchen and the chef. Our server goes over to the window and asks about the tuna bites. They came a short time later and were cold. I could hear the chef in the kitchen, he spoke in a very nasty manner when the servers would ask about the food orders. We received our meal, which was good. A table beside us complained about their food being cold and the server took it back and said to the chef, they said it’s cold. I heard him yell, that’s bullshit. This restaurant reminded me of kitchen nightmares, I was waiting on Gordon Ramsey to come out at any moment, lol. The food was good despite...
