This was my first time here and I ordered the Smoked Turkey Melt and regular loaded fries. The turkey melt showed 2 slices of bread, turkey, lettuce, tomato and melted cheese. The fries showed cheese, lettuce, avocado, and tomato- similar to what you’d have on Mexican nachos. Weird but different and always willing to try something new. I asked for them to hold the tomato on both and real cheddar cheese on the fries instead of the fake stuff. The man behind the counter asked what kind of cheese I wanted. Cheddar, orange is fine, no fake stuff.

After waiting FOREVER because it was all made fresh which is great but VERY unexpected, I received my food.

Yeeeaaah about that, my smoked turkey melt was a hoagie roll, turkey bbq, GRAVY, and cheese. It looked more like a turkey cheese steak with gravy. The French fries had yellow, spicy nacho cheese and bacon. I FEEL BAMBOOZLED!! IDK where gravy or bacon came from, why everything looks completely different from the photo advertisement, and if I were to itemize everything I wanted, how I was supposed to pick items without a list of what is offered!

My Way is a deli/ convenience store/ grill with a menu consisting of everything from spanish food (meat pies, rice and beans, etc.) to finger food appetizers, cheesesteaks, fried chicken, subs, and my absolute fav - warm honey biscuits (they're just as good as they sound) and even serve scoops of Hershey's Ice Cream. The staff are extremely courteous and know most of their regular customers on a first-name basis, giving My Way Deli & Convenience Store a small-town country store appeal. They even have 1 small table with 1 chair inside for waiting/ dining/ lottery scratch offs and 2 picnic tables out front of the store. And guess what? They even have public restrooms, (an oddity among most stores these days!) I just wrote in a review about customer service becoming an oxymoron and now being more like customer disservice, but this place restored my faith that customer service still exists! The food is amazing!!! Especially their Italian hoagies, honey blueberry biscuits(so good), mango magic smoothie, ice cream, bubble tea, etc. They have such a vast selection of food and drinks and everything is made fresh and delicious. The employees are great people and are always in a good mood and will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I thought it was just a corner store for cigarettes and lottery tickets but they legit make the best sandwiches and sides and chicken and the list goes on. They have everything.
