My son and I decided to visit the tavern because we have a very strong interest in the Paranormal. We were intrigued by the stories of soldiers from the Revolutionary War who still walk the grounds. We live about an hour and a half away and we're running late. We are arrived just as the two tour guides were leaving. We told them about our interests and about the gift that my son has for seeing and communicating with spirits. These two women were so nice and even though they were on their way home they still took us into the house and gave us a full tour. They were very knowledgeable and we're able to share a lot of the history of this historic place. They listened as my son shared the Visions he was having of events that had happened there in the past. We didn't see any spirits, but could sense they are there. We will definitely be back again.
