Went on July 3rd and the staff was obviously very hot and busy but that should not serve as an excuse for poor serivce. The girl at the counter looked absolutely miserable and angry and sighed with every interaction. We waited over 30 minutes for a slice of pizza and a lobster roll. Our order seemed to have gotten lost as people were ordering other people we're just taking their orders and everyone else waited three times as long. There was an obvious lack of organization as a woman kept coming into the dining room asking what people were waiting for and then yelling out the orders to the people in the kitchen. One of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had. I’m usually a hot butter lobster roll person, but the cold mayo lobster roll was absolutely delicious. Sweet, flavorful lobster meat and the right amount of mayonnaise. Bun is toasted with butter to perfection. My heart wants the tiniest bit more lobster meat, but for the price it is a steal and I’m just greedy!! If you appreciate a good lobster roll, don't hesitate to stop by this local joint. I guarantee you won't be able to stop thinking it. Wicked fresh, 99.9% lobster, toasted bun, and over flowing lobster. There are some other really interesting menu additions as well. Service is as good as can be expected considering this spot sees a lot of traffic at once, and they do a great job of balancing quality with convenience. Walkable from Good Harbor Beach.
