This place has recently opened, and they’ve got some work to do.
The good: Staff overall are courteous and welcoming Nice, clean, inviting atmosphere Good food (some of it, anyway). The snapper and fried plantains were good.
The bad: Our particular waitress was a bit lacking. She had no knowledge of the menu. Though it was limited for a soft open, it wasn’t immediately apparent exactly what some of the items were, and she was not able to describe them, and made no attempt to inquire with any of the other staff.
Again, soft open, and there were no prices on the menu. It was a mystery what you were actually paying until it was time to pay. Even when the waitress came to the table with a wireless credit card machine, I still had to ask what the total was. Gordon Ramsay ain’t running this place. Put prices on the menu. In the end, 2 entrees and an appetizer ended up being about $60, which is a bit steep for what we got.
One of their featured items, their burger, is very subpar. The burger described on the menu was not what came out. It looked like a junior cheeseburger from a fast food place, with a patty the size of a basic McDonald’s patty. It was also just a dry burger. Meat, cheese, bun. That’s it. My wife had to ask for a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf. Again, not sure what we paid for it, but I’m certain it wasn’t worth it.
Overall, it’s a work in progress, and has potential, but it’s not there yet....

Main entrée was chicken fried steak with roasted red potatoes and mac & cheese. Nothing fancy at all, really close to cafeteria food in my opinion. Price was not bad, spent $60 on food and drinks for the two of us.
Ways to improve: #1 Get rid of the robot. There is a robot that will drive around and talk to you. I personally find it annoying and lazy.
#2 Empoyees were eating while they are working, very unprofessional.
#3 Remove the condiments off the tables. They need salt and pepper on every table, not ketchup, mustard and mayo. May be something a little more to look at, like flowers or something.
#4 The only noise in the place is the TVs. I would rather listen to music or nothing at all. If you are going for more of the sports bar feel then I understand. Its feels like they really don't know what type of restaurant they are.
In the end I would come back for drinks and fried pickles, that's about it. Service was quick and chairs were...
Read moreMy wife and i first visit. Staff is definitely new but working hard to do right. Food is ok. Nothing above and beyond. Calamari is good but another 4 pieces need to be added for the cost. Sandwiches are small especially for the price. $14 for a child size sandwich. My wife ordered a fish sandwich and I ordered a chicken sandwich- we both got fish. They were ok, the produce was fresh and the buns toasted👍. Fries are good, sandwiches were ok. The music should be turned down a notch. We will go back to try another item...
