My wife called to inquire about the cost and delivery time for a pizza order. After getting the information she told the woman on the phone she would call back if she wanted to place an order. She then placed an order with a different pizza restaurant. Apparently the young woman at Pizza Market placed the order even though my wife never called back to place the order. When the pizza arrived at the house we of course accepted it thinking it was from the restaurant from which we had actually placed and order and payed for it over the phone. The driver presented a receipt for payment and I told him we had paid for it on line. The driver then called Pizza Market and was told we were all set it was paid for. We took the pizza, again thinking it was the pizza we had paid for. About 10 minutes later my wife received a call from a delivery driver saying she had our delivery. Confused, she told her we already received our order and there must be some mistake. About 20 minutes later my wife received a call from the owner of Pizza Market demanding payment, again confused my wife told him she never placed the order and was going to call back if she was going to place the order. The owner chose to hang up on her. He then 10 minutes later called back and again demanded payment. My wife tryied to explain the situation to the owner as he talked over her spouting profanities. My wife said I am willing to pay for the order we received in error but wanted to explain to him what happened so the same mistake doesn't happen again. The belligerent owner would not listen and blackballed us from his restaurant and again hung up on my wife. We have been going to, and ordering from, Pizza Market since they opened years ago. Horrible customer service from the owner of all people. Excuse me if I don't shed a tear at the banishment from his restaurant. Read moreWe have been going to pizza market for over three getting the same thing large steak and cheese and a large steak and cheese mayonnaise and pickle and if anybody knows there subs they’re giant,this evening I got the regular steak and cheeses and a large pizza when I got home one steak and cheese was half the size of the other so I did call because the price is not cheap and I had to speak to three people the manager said she would trade out the sub for a new one but we live 25 min away and that wasn’t an option and finally “the boss “ gets on the phone and said he had to cut the heels of the bread off but the meat was the same in each sub and I requested a new sub because it’s not the same size as the other. I requested to have a new sub made he told me he would not make me a new sub and I did state I worked in a bakery back in the day and he said he’s been making pizzas for 42 years very argumentative and not some thing you do to your customer so I said you need to do what’s right by your customer it’s only a steak and cheese so I will never go there again lost my business good luck to him I will go there tomorrow personally and speak to him face-to-face...

There was major confusion with our delivery order an we accidentally received pizza from this restaurant thinking it was from a different place that we had actually ordered from. My mother was trying to sort out the situation with the other restaurant and in the meantime the owner of this restaurant called her about the pizza we had not ordered and didn't pay for but received. My mom tried to explain the situation and stated she would pay for the pizza but wanted them to be aware of the issue so this didn't happen to someone else. The owner himself proceeded to constantly interrupt her and curse at her even though she was planning to fix the issue and pay for the pizza. The owner would not let her explain herself and proceeded to tell her she can no longer order from the restaurant.
