New Wa Toy — Restaurant in Goffstown

got the general tao chicken was old and hard when I told the waitress she said well they double fry it. I sent it back told her I was all set. she asked what she could get me to replace it with I told her chicken wings she brought me two. I had ordered a drink the menu said it would be served in a fresh coconut. thats why i ordered it. it came in a ceramic coconut when I asked for the menu to show her she said what do you think the kitchen is going to be out there cracking coconuts. I told her they need to change what it says on the menu. I told her it also showed a drink in a real pineapple they might want to change that to. then she said no that one dose come in a real pineapple🙄 The rice tasted old as well. the chicken wings my husband and I origionally got with our meal were old they looked to be double fried meaning they were cooked previously like the day before then put in the oil today to reheat. Eggrolls were saturated in grease I peeled the outside off and ate the middle. Manager never came over we paid our bill tipped our waitress and left. Had tums for desert food left me with heartburn which I never get. We will never go back again. Nothing worse then being served old food except paying for old...

Ordered from here tonight and was disappointed. They got our takeout order wrong and we realized when we got home. We called back and told them they made a mistake and we weren't even sure what the main dish on the plate was (we ordered a #5 general chicken with pork fried rice, spare ribs and chicken teriyaki) we got some soupy looking noodles with onions. We went back with the plate of food and tried to have them remake it, they just gave us a container with the general chicken. when my husband asked if they could remake the plate because the chicken teriyaki was sitting on top of the soupy stuff and the liquid had now splashed onto the ribs they told him "buy new plate if want new food" it was their mistake they should have fixed it. Weve ordered from here a few times a month for years and this is the first issue we've ever had, we will be finding a new place from on now. Don't waste...

10 of us went to eat there Saturday night and the atmosphere was great Wa Toy restaurant has been there for decades. I went on a date there when I was 15 and I'm 52 now, thatshows how long it's been there lol. The food presentation was wonderful and tasted delicious for the most part but the pork fried rice tasted funny and the orange chicken made my daughter and son 🤢 sick. Our waitress was AWESOME she handled everything beautifully. Towards the end of our dinner tho, who I assume was the owner or manager was trying to rush us to bring more customers in that were waiting....SO RUDE!!! We were paying customers, we must have spent together near 300$ and tipped our wonderful waitress handsomely we did not deserve to be rushed like that. Shame on him! The next time we plan to go out again it will not be to the New Wa Toy...
