Terrible!
First and last time visiting this restaurant and any of their franchises. This place deserves 0 stars. What started out as good customer service certainly ended in discrimination. I arrived at teresa's approximately 415 pm with 2 friends. 1 of my friends is a regular for the past few years. She highly recommended this place. We ordered food and drinks. our server, Sergio, gave us decent customer service. The food was delicious and the margaritas weren't bad. We all decided we wanted to order another round of drinks. Conversation is flowing and we are all having a great time UNTIL about 1.5-2 hours into our service our server Sergio comes over to tell us that his manager told him to tell us that it is a 2 hour dining limit and that we needed to leave. First of all we weren't done with our food or second round of drinks. Secondly, if there is such a policy this was never stated when we entered the restaurant nor was there any signage around the restaurant or on their website. Third, i asked THREE TIMES to have his manager come over and instead he dismisses my request and is going at it with my friend yelling back and forth across the table, and tells us that he has other tables to serve( as if we aren't valuable customers). When my friend stated she wanted another round of drinks Sergio then tells us that we can stay if we move down a table. What type of customer service is this and what kind of employees are allowed to work in this establishment and expecting their business to survive if this is how they treat consumers? Pretty sure that we were targeted and discriminated against as we are all women of color as the majority of families dining were Caucasian. Some arrived before or same time as we did and weren't given a problem on time limits. Read moreI've been ordering here for years. I placed a order for pick up and the lady was very nice and helpful but the order came wrong. There was a missing paid for horchata. He went to the store a second time to go pick it up at which time i then discovered the food was wrong in a few ways too. I called to tell them he was on his way to get the horchata and that i received fajitas for 2 not for 1. It was 10 minutes to close already and i asked if they would just give me store credit for the difference in price for single and double fajita since i ordered just a single fajita. I order Theresas all the time and i could just use the credit next time. He asked if he was bringing the food back to the store i told him no he already left the house and i just discovered it. He said "we don't give out free food" and that he would have to come home grab the food and bring it back to the store yet a THIRD time. With them closing at 11 this wasn't even a real option anyway. I told him it's bad service. I thought asking for only the difference in price in store credit or a gift card for later use (and not for any refunds or "free food") was a reasonable request. Mistakes happen its okay but I'm upset they could have handeled this way better. I called back again to ask his name.
Then he called me back 15 min later to say he hadn't didnt realize the horchata was missing apparantly. And that since they made that mistake they would refund me 15$. He also said to ask for him directly next time to place my order.

Read moreWe were seating right away and they came quickly to take a drink order. We ordered sodas, they brought chips/salsa and we waited a good 15 minutes for the sodas. When the server took the order, we asked for a side of fresh Jalapeno. When the food came we asked for the side of Jalapeno, the server finally came back and said it was "inside" the food. So I cut the veggie burrito to look - there were no jalapeno inside the veggie burrito, JUST BEEF.
So the server checked her order and took my plate away. About 10 minutes later came the veggie burrito plate. Besides looking hurried compared to the last plate, this too had no side of Jalapeno - she once again says it's inside. Cutting it open with her their showed no jalapeno peppers.
So after 3 requests, a BEEF filled VEGGIE plate - I got the jalapeno peppers. When the bill came, it INCLUDED the BEEF plate we DIDN'T order and the VEGGIE plate we did order.
I kept trying to over look the steady stream of errors, hoping they would finally get something right. She did take off the charge for the plate we didn't order.
After we paid the check with a 20% "gratuity" (don't want to hurt someone's ability to earn a wage) - we spoke to the manager about what happened. He did offer to discount, but we declined. We just wanted them to know how bad the service was. When I told him about the BEEF plate to a person that doesn't eat meat. He laughed and thought that was funny.
