What I ordered they forgot the egg and cheese on the chicken sandwich so I watched them reopen my sandwich and just stole the egg up there and the cheese. The server was wearing gloves but it was how it was done. They should have repeated it or something to make sure it was made correctly. The cinnamon twists were hard look like they've been sitting in the light too long. It wasn't fresh and the people behind me got rude customer service from a cashier who claim that she had workers in her drive-thru and she got to get to them. But a customer is in front of you and you're the one that chose to get in front of that register and I just looked at the customers and shook my head because the lady was so mean to them and talking so loudly about how she needed to get to the drive-thru. But when I pulled up to order my food I went to the drive-thru and there was a paper cover in it said the phone didn't work and you had to come inside and order. So I don't know if she was making it up or just in the 2 minutes that I've been in the building. It was fixed all over sudden. Dark skin. Went through drive through today and order a 12 piece super tailgate and was told it would be 25 minutes for them to cook some chicken, so I waited. Waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes then I went inside to see what was going on. Only to be told they are still waiting on the chicken. So finally after waiting 55 minutes they make my order. I did a quick look in the box and they have gave me the wrong sides so I say something to the guy that made it and with an attitude he said he will fix it. So I finally get out of there and head home. My daughter is checking all the food and they forgot my biscuits and there was only breast and legs in the box. So here I go back. I asked for my change and he informed the $2 cash was applied to the order and the remainder was on the gift card. I told him the order was $6.39 and he was given $7. I asked again for my change. With attitude he said, "It's only 61 cents." I asked him for his name and was told Omar. I said, "Omar, your are stealing from a customer and that's theft. Please give me my change.
