I recommend this location/restaurant because I worked for Andy’s for a very long time! I love the food and the general atmosphere of the restaurant but tonight we had a very bad experience! From the time we walked into the door to the time we left it was terrible! We did not receive a “welcome to Andy’s” The waitress we had was very slacky and her service skills were unprofessional! We didn’t get any refills until we walked up to the counter and asked for one which mind you we still waited for someone to even acknowledge us then we received cold fries and no kids cars for 4 babies!!! Also attitudes from all staff, cooks included! We wanted to do food and ice cream but after the first part of the meal, we decided to eat the food, do no ice cream and leave. We heard “sorry we’ve been very busy all night” and I’m sorry but that is no excuse, every guest should be treated as the first guest of the night! Very unacceptable! We decide to leave and go to pay, our card was swiped and came out of our account then were told it didn’t clear on their end and that came with a million excuses but no clear answer for the problem. So we repaid which we should not of had to do but we did because money is no issue, and that transaction went through as well, after speaking to the “head waitress” and main operator, I was very upset still and left that way because the operator was very unprofessional and basically told use the first one didn’t go through because we didn’t have the money. Lol so overall the experience was AWFUL. I will continue to stand by my judgment and not return to...
Read moreI have never had a bad experience here until today. My husband and I ordered a John boy and Billy chicken sandwich fried meal all the way and a John boy and Billy burger meal and they messed it up terribly the 1st time. They gave us a grilled chicken sandwich with sauted onions and bacon and then a fried chicken sandwich with onion rings and bacon. Then we drove back up there to have it fixed and I asked for the fried chicken sandwich all the way and they gave it to me like it was a burger , with fried onion rings and bacon. It is supposed to come with lettuce tomato bacon and cheese with the sauce. My husband's was right that time, it was actually a correct burger. So instead of them messing it up a 3rd time we just drove to Walmart to get our own lettuce and tomato to put on my sandwich. It was infuriating how none of the staff including the manager knew what "all the way" meant for a John boy and Billy chicken sandwich. They need to know their own menu as it should not be the customer who explains what all the way means. I hope I never have this bad experience again because they usually do a great job. This was a horrible frustrating experience though as I hope no one else has...
Read moreVery rude. Now I eat at different Hwy 55's all the time, but majority of time I use drive-thru so on this particular day (yesterday) one end of the parking lot was blocked so I had to go in to get my food. I walk up to the counter waiting to be helped while a worker was also there, but was doing something with receipts and never asked if she could help me (meantime another worker walked over for a few seconds and also didn't ask if she could help me then walked away) that is until another customer came up beside me she stopped what she was doing and asked what he needed, like I wasn't standing there, proceeded to take the customers money for his meal then after giving his change back asked if she could help me. I usually would have said something (it took a lot not too), but I decided to do a review instead because I'm spending money there just like the next person. Being she did that it won't a good look and the customer was just as rude because he already saw me there long before he got there and should've said, no she was here first, help her but noooo. So I more than likely won't eat from this Hwy 55 often especially if I...
