They claim they don't take orders from the mobile app. Funny thing about that is.... I ordered from this location 2-3 weeks ago from the mobile app, order went through and was delivered. Funny how that works, isn't it? They took the money from my account, then they canceled my order that they claim they never received, and refused a refund. Folks, this exact issue is a recurring theme with this place. As far back as June of 2020, they've had this exact problem. People will place orders on the mobile app, it'll get picked up by some third party delivery person, then they'll cancel the order and refuse refunds after claiming they never got the order. We ordered food at this Burger King a few months ago and they REFUSED to put the tomatoes from my sandwich on the side (because I am allergic to tomatoes and my wife will eat them). Tonight we went back to the same burger king and asked to have something else put on the side due to an allergy and again they REFUSED stating "we don't have a container to put the tomatoes in" and stating "I remember you guys from last time." We then asked if they can just wrap it up in the same paper they put the burgers in or in fry box and were told "no". I guess this Burger King run by and represented by the Chickasaw Nation doesn't follow the Burger King's motto "Have it your way." I will never eat at this Burger King again when we stay at the Riverwind...

The new bk melt was ok, the fries were warm, but the overnight manager, some guy that wanted to go smoke rather than take any orders, explained to me after asking what was good, he said "there's absolutely nothing that tastes good here... So what do ya want?" I ordered and he and his girlfriend went outside to go smoke and the employee inside handed out the food and was way nicer than the manager. If I was getting paid $17/hr, I would appear like I liked my job or go find another one. By far the worst experience...
