I would love to give this place a 5 star across board because we get great offers for buffets but unless you only plan to only eat crablegs, much of the other dishes have been a little disappointing. The first time I visited there was fresh & fried shrimp. The last two times we went there was not (yes, it was the seafood buffet nights). They did have breaded, baked, and fried fish options. It seemed as if they had a chicken/pork or beef option earlier but nothing for 1.5 hrs we were there (only dried out corner pieces and shredded scraps of meat on cutting board). Im glad I eat fish as there would not have been another meat option. We do enjoy the crab legs and understand that’s why most people are there. Lastly, be prepared, it’s busy.!! We have waited between 30-45 mins to be seated often. Not their fault, it’s high demand and prime times. The staff if great! Zero complaints; always quick, attentive, friendly, and polite. What did throw me off last visit was we realized line was long and we had perk to stand in the other “premier” line “shorter wait times” priority as a perk. It did not work as such, they squeezed in premiere line when they could and just rotated from each line, the people right in front of us in the regular line that we left were seated before we had even paid while waiting in the elite line. It was quicker to stand in the general seating line obviously. It’s not that big a deal really, it was more entertaining because we aren’t really bothered, not privileged brats, but it was a service offered/earned if you will, that did not happen the way a paying customer would expect. Overall the proximity to entertainment and the great staff make it a place we plan to visit again. Buffets can be hit or miss as are crowds so benefit of the doubt here for sure, we...
Read moreMy husband and I were invited bye my cousin for diner on 12/22/23 my cousin arrived a little earlier than us decided to go in and get a table but to his surprise he was seated at a table for two. When we arrived he came to the front and asked if we could be seated together but they said they couldn’t seat us together because we didn’t arrive together thy said that its the restaurant rule. The staff wasn’t friendly at all and when the manager came he accused us of being rude to his staff and had the nerve to say that he could off accommodate us but since we where being rude he wasn’t going to. We where never rude, we’re not that kind of people, we where trying to tell them that what they where saying and doing was wrong. Another manager tried to say that it wouldn’t be fair to the waitress cause she wouldn’t be getting her tip if they changed my cousin to another table, but my cousin offer to tip both waitress and they still wouldn’t do it . Let me mention that it was around 9:00pm and the restaurant wasn’t busy there where plenty of empty tables. The sign on the wall did specify that a party of 5 or more in order to be seated together would all need to be present, we where only a party of four, It was the worse experience, we had never been treated like that, it felt we where being discriminated bye this people, the things they where saying didn’t even made sense over all it was ridiculous. They end up giving us a refund and we went to eat somewhere else where they didn’t have a problem accommodate us and had great service! We definitely not recommend this place at all! Worse experience...
Read moreFirst time eating there. My friends had really talked up crab leg night. I was surprised at the line... and the cost. $131.00 for 3 of us. But being all you can eat I kind of justified the cost.. the service was fantastic... but my experience was seriously let down by the quality of food. And the ability to go for seconds was hampered by the extremely long and slow line... I waited for almost 20 minutes to get some more snow crab legs but had barely moved in the line. I gave up since there was at least 30 people still in front of me also waiting. The available options of food from prime rib to country fried steak was all there but the quality of the other food was extremely poor. The prime rib tasted like a extremely dry cold pot roast. The potatoes with country gravy... now it takes a lot for me to give potatoes with country gravy a bad review but it more than deserving of it.. cold, lumpy .. imagine instant potatoes someone threw chunks of real potatoes in .. then let soak in cold water... sums it up. I’d have to say pretty much everything was cold.. the snow crabs were good but lol if only you didn’t have to wait til next year to get some. One guy had obviously planned ahead.. he had three buckets of crab legs... he must have been near first in line collected the first bucket sat it at his table and immediately went for the second and third to stockpile. Cherry cobbler was delicious.. they were obviously understaffed since it was not self service... just going to leave this out there... Good luck and I hope your experience is better...
