Around 10:50 March 26 I drove into the Gooding McDonald’s parking with my friend to text my mom and let her know where I was. Then Mariah, Travis and Melody all employees of McDonald’s came up to me and asked me to leave the property because they wanted to close early. So I kindly reversed and left to the Valley Country Store. Then they came up behind me blocking me into the parking spot were I was. They then got out of her car with two other people with a cigarette in all of their mouths yelling at me telling me I need to leave the property and then proceeded to blow the smoke in my face then wouldn’t let me leave the parking lot. I started to reverse to try and leave so they got into their car and followed me and proceeded to call the cops on me and make a complaint because they thought I was going to rob their restaurant. They followed us around Gooding I parked at my house and they stopped in the middle of the road before the cop pulled us over. I think it’s very unprofessional and very disrespectful to treat anyone this way and if I were a manager/boss they would no longer be working for...

We were disappointed coming here. We were placing our order and the employee didn’t even ask if we were done ordering. The employee couldn’t even even understand that we wanted a decaf coffee. I kept telling her that we wanted one with “NO Caffeine “ because apparently she didn’t understand “decaf”. When we pulled up to pay, I ordered my coffee and it seemed like she had a bad attitude. She then asked us to wait in the car spots. We waited for 14 minutes and my husband had to call them to ask if we were getting our coffees. That’s when they brought them out. I’m sure we would have still been waiting out there if he hadn’t called. Just disappointed that there’s people working in customer service and don’t know how to work in that environment. I know, because I also work in customer service and I have never treated someone with an attitude. McDonald’s is supposed to be “fast food” but there was nothing fast in our order. Read moreI am officially giving up. This McDonald’s has had the worst service, wait time, food, and accuracy since they opened in Gooding. Tonight we ordered McFlurrys on the app- drove all the way to McDonald’s, pulled into the mobile pick up, were notified to go to the drive thru line, and were then told that ice cream is not available “but they will have it tomorrow”. Also, we should see our refund by midnight. Simply adjusting the app to show that ice cream is not currently available, like they do weekly- their ice cream machine is always down, would have prevented this entire situation. It’s not even worth telling this location to do better. The community has given them years of opportunity to improve, they clearly are not interested. Just close already and give another franchise the opportunity to serve food.
