We ordered pizza from the Goshen, OH store at 6:45pm and it got to my door at 7:18pm. Thats 33 mins total. They said 28-38 min delivery time. So they aced that first off!
The delivery drivers name was Tamberly, and she was a very nice, sociable, respectful lady and on time. Would love to receive all my deliveries from her!
The person it said made my food I believe was caitlyn. We ordered a med. pan pizza with pep and bac. 2 hoagies, a build your own and the Buffalo Ranch. Also got 2 garlic dips and a 2 liter of pop. The food was amazing!!!! Everything was right, and most importantly the food was hot!! Nothing was dry, had plenty of sauce but not sloppy. Everyone always forgets the pop and sauces. But everything was here and tasted fantastic. The best I've had yet!
I have transitioned from a Papa John's lover to Dominos. They have always been fast delivery times, drivers 90% of time seem like genuine everyday people and the food is usually right and hot when we get it. Read moreI ordered on the app half no onions and got no onions on all. I use the app because i get deals that they don't honor if i call in. I also ordered a deep dish pizza and it was raw. When i called them i was told not to use the app because it is glitchy and if i wanted deep dish pizza to be done then i need to order it well done and they will cook it twice. Shouldn't they make sure it is done without it being a special order? After talking to 2 people who only managed to make me mad suggesting it was my fault they finally put a manager on the phone. Then i found out they delivered my food to the wrong address first. That is why my food was cold.lol Anyway the manager was the only one with any customer service skills. He gave us a $20 credit. We spent $38 but I did cook the raw pizza myself and we ate it so I didn't expect to get it for free. I know mistakes happen and the manager did try to make it right so that is why I gave 2 stars. Read moreI ordered a meal from this store about 7 o’clock and it said it left the store at 7:25 I love three minutes away and it got to my house about 8 o’clock. The order was wrong. I called and the manager on the phone said he would correct the order and send it back in about 15 minutes. We called the store again about 8:45 and no answer. About 9 o’clock we went to the store and threw the order on the counter and the manager just apologized and made excuses. We were livid. We sent a email to corporate and just went on our night. Well today we received a call from the actual store manager who was just disgusted by the whole situation she made sure she sent out our order and tonight with a added brownie and tried to make sure we were happy again.
