May 3rd 2025 super slow service. Didn't give me a drink when I asked for a drink cup to get my drink. I got an eye roll and an attitude from employee. Which is ridiculous. Also the automated system on the inside didn't give me a receipt. When I told them instead of giving me a receipt they just told me what my order number was. Ordered lemonade but found out you cannot get lemonade besides, behind the counter was not going to battle the employee that rolled their eyes at me over a drink will not be coming back to this location

July 4th set in the Drive-Thru after ordering for 20 minutes just for them to have to go back inside and get multiple missing items

Aug 28/25 This place is still a joke having to pull up and wait every time is crazy

Sept 14 this place is ridiculous I dont not even know why I even try to get food here. I didn't order Fry's they put them on my order I tell them I didn't not want fry. They say ok and charge me for them and I get Fry's.. idk if the drive through person is deaf I saidni want a coke zero and they respond we dont...

I really suggest you train your employees on what to do with food that has left the restaurant! I was just thru your drive thru 30 minutes ago. I ordered a big Mac meal 2 mcchicken and 2 plain cheeseburgers. I pull up to check the order I only had the the big Mac meal and 1 chicken and 1 cheeseburger I went in I opened the cheeseburger it's loaded with everything my hand had ketchup all over! What does your kid do? She takes the cheeseburger I just touched and wraps it up and puts it back on the warmer to be given to someone else! FYI I PERSONALLY MADE HER THROW IT AWAY. TRAIN THOSE KIDS TO THROW AWAY FOOD BEING BROUGHT BACK!!!! Then I get home I pull the burgers out there was no cheese on them either. I'm bringing them back for a refund. Honestly Now I am wondering if I've been buying food others have touched there was 2 other people behind me with wrong orders too. GET IT TOGETHER! UPDATE I took the 2 burgers back and there's more people ahead of me with wrong food orders. Your manager could have cared less not even an apology. When I asked him how much food have customers gotten in their orders that has been touched and returned by customers his reply was AWESOME! Awful. I got yelled at for trying to order the new triple breakfast stack. They said they only had it during breakfast and I knew that wasn't true as I got one the other day after work at about 8:30 pm. I just ordered something else and when I pulled up to the corner window, I asked the guy why I couldn't have one but they were going to give me a mcgriddle. He just asked if I wanted my receipt and told me to have a nice day, completely ignoring my question. I pulled up to the second window and that guy was a lot nicer and I asked why I wasn't able to get one and he said he didn't know why they told me that. He went back and asked a manager and I heard the manager scream something at them about it and he said he would get me one and I pulled up. He was a lot nicer than almost everyone else at this location. This is also the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I would have left today if I could have gotten out of the line. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. The food is usually good but it's not worth getting yelled at by several employees. Worst McDonald's...
