It is very unfortunate when a business not only provides bad products but also terrible service.
I had a few encounters with the employees here, the first was not so great but I decided to give them another try as they are the boba shop closest to my job.
I went Sunday afternoon and made my order. Immediately I regretted ordering passion fruit, I don’t like the flavor unless it’s natural and most places use fake syrups.
I asked for “salty foam” (tastes like butter and isn’t that much a cheese foam.
But I forgot my boba so I went back and asked for some. I said the menu was confusing and that the only way I could drink the smoothie was with boba because it tasted so bad.
Very frustrated, the male employee said I’ll just give you a refund but when I started to give feedback and explaining why I didn’t like it, he started YELLING at me.
This “grown” man threw a tantrum and yelled at a customer because he was so set that syrups are not fake…
I hope the owner of this business gives that man customer service training because the other employee was actually nice and helpful.
Anyway I found another boba spot and I recommend that one over this one. It’s called YUME.
I do not recommend Boba bowl Miami as they don’t care about customers satisfaction and will yell at them because they don’t know how to regulate their own emotions.
People with autism like myself should not have to out up with this treatment. It’s abusive.
It’s also really expensive, bad quality and overall not worth it.
I rather drive to Miramar to get natural smoothie boba than to go back...
Read moreI’ve been here a couple times and I love this place! It’s so beautifully decorated and it’s always very clean. The only thing that has bothered me is that the price for the açaí bowl on the tv inside is $10.99 but I always get charged more than that. I would say the issue is with the employee's. I’ve gone to order an açaí bowl twice recently and I was charged different prices both times when I’ve ordered the exact same thing. There is always two young people on staff when I’ve gone in the afternoon. The guy added Nutella on my order and I said I didn’t want that and he said it wasn’t gonna charge me that he just needed to add something. He ended up charging me for it when I got the receipt. The açaí bowl is always melted when he makes it. These employees seem to be very young and unprofessional. I’m assuming the girl is new and she didn’t know how to use the register so she walked away and told the other guy there “you got that” and sat down. I had to wait for him to come and attend me and he still charged me incorrectly. It seems like neither of them knew what they were doing. The only time it was made correctly was when I went at night and a young man was super friendly and made my order literally perfect and charged me properly as well. He provided me with exceptional service even when it was busy.I think the other young kids who work in the afternoon are the only people making these errors.Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this place. It’s a 10/10 for me. I think I met the owners once and they are the...
Read moreBoba Bowl is an absolute gem for bubble tea the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the cozy ambiance and the friendly smiles of the staff. The menu offers a delightful variety of flavors, and believe me, each boba tea is crafted to perfection. The tapioca pearls are the real MVP here always the right amount of chewy and never clumped together. And if you're feeling adventurous, try their signature bowls with unique and tasty toppings.
Customer service is top-notch, with the staff providing helpful recommendations and ensuring my experience was nothing short of amazing. Prices are great considering the quality.
their loyalty program that takes the cake! Earning that free boba after several visits is a testament to their appreciation for their customers.
All in all, Boba Bowl has won my heart (and my taste buds!). 10/10 will return for...
